Trumpcoin has been laying down some important groundwork. Now that V2 is live, the next project phase, codenamed TrumpCoin Ethereum, is underway. TrumpCoin Ethereum, or TETH, is an Ethereum Smart Token that is attached to TrumpCoin in a 1 to 1 bi-directional trade relationship. That is, one TrumpCoin is worth exactly one TETH Token and visa-versa.
While TETH is a cryptocurrency all of its own, you will not find it on any exchanges, at least not for the foreseeable future. You see, TETH can ONLY be bought and sold with Trumpcoins.

So what are TETH Tokens good for?

TrumpCoin Ethereum is a Dapp environment for TrumpCoin. Dapps, or Distributed Apps, are a new cutting-edge technology that is made possible by projects like Ethereum. Ethereum does not yet support POS.

We know that the times, they are a changin’. Traditional cryptocurrencies are quickly approaching legacy status. Right now I want to send coins from one V2 wallet to another V2 wallet but apparently I can't because they are being staked and thus don't count towards being spendable.
Is there any way to remove the coins from being staked?

Ah I see as soon as you gain coins from staking you'll have to wait until the coins are confirmed and then your coins become spendable again.

TRUMP on Yobit is in maintenance mode right now.

I'm not sure if they have decided to swap or de-list TRUMP yet. They hinted to me that they might possibly de-list.

Last I spoke to them they were preparing to swap the exchange wallet. Shouldn't be much longer for them, I'd say.

It takes a while for staking to start. It can take up to 24 hours to begin.
You can expect stake rewards every one minute once it begins staking.

I downloaded the v2 wallet for windows, created a TrumpCoin Adress und then I made a withdrawal on c-nex to this Adress. Did I missed something?

the withdrawal is not even in my operation log at c-cex. I'm waiting for my trumps for about 50 minutes.

You don't need to create a Trumpcoin address on the wallet. I think you created an address for your C-CEX wallet and then just deposited it at the same place. Check the block explorer or contact support @ C-CEX. Or wait for a dev here.

Once your stake is confirmed, the coins will become spendable again. After that, it will start swapping portions of coins in and out of stake to keep earning your rewards.

In settings, if you wish, you can set a reserve. The reserve is an amount of coins that you want to bypass staking with and make always available.

Note that reserve amounts are not eligible for stake rewards.

You just need to create a file called trumpcoin.conf, paste in the addnode lines above and put the file in the proper location.

I'm not a Mac guy, so I can't offer tons of help, but I am happy to help you figure it out as best as I can.

I believe you may find the correct location at ~/Library/Application Support/Trumpcoin

My trump wallet can't seem to connect to any nodes, it says the connection keeps timing out.
I seem to have this issue with both the V1 and V2 of the wallet.  I can run the wallet on my osx machine without any problems but it just doesn't seem to work when I run it on my windows 10 machine (I've added the list of nodes frequently posted here to the trumpcoin.conf file for both the V1 and V2).

Does anyone know how I could possibly fix this? AFAIK there shouldn't be any firewall/permission issues because I can run other wallets without any problems (e.g. bitcoin/ethereum wallets).

Trumpcoin is now 100% POS. Mining is done only by staking coins. Nothing more.

The POW functionality you are seeing in the V2 wallet is only there to allow the devs to push blocks along in case POS gets stuck during the launch.

The POW block reward is 0. There is no reason to point a miner at it under normal circumstances.

We are interrupting our operations for some time.

We are having issues with our server provider. Servers are constantly crashing and we spent the last two weeks rebooting and fixing wallets. So we'll take some time (a few weeks maybe) to find a new host and redeploy.

In the meantime, you can withdraw your coins. Your withdraws may take up to 24 hours to process but they will all be processed. We havent lost any coin, we just cant run all wallets at once. If you dont withdraw, your coins will still be available when we reopen.

It does not seem like they will be swapping anyone's coins for them.

If you have coins there, please withdraw them to your V1 wallet and swap them using our website.
