of course I can, but 1.0.4b3 has been declared with coinotron-stratum embedded
I`ll wait for response of developer  Roll Eyes

so it does not work with something like supernova pool?
no support of suprnova-proxy

why in the zip file there is a bat file for the supernova pool then?

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

why not? examples for newbee
both getwork/stratum protocol are working on 3000:port of suprnova Wink

PS I think we really need in key "use stratum only" to prevent working through getwork-protocol

Pretty sure it a linkage issue, what are the required boost libs?
I'm using boost 1.55 via homebrew - maybe I'm missing something? Re-build from scratch?
*** seems to work as expected with boost 1.58 build using the included JAM tools.

make line is:

/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/usr/bin/c++  -std=c++11 -Wall -Wno-unknown-pragmas -Wextra -DSHAREDLIB -fPIC -O3 -DNDEBUG -DETH_RELEASE \
-dynamiclib -Wl,-headerpad_max_install_names  -o libethstratum.dylib -install_name /Volumes/storage/somedude/Desktop/cpp-ethereum-stratum/libstratum/libethstratum.dylib \
CMakeFiles/ethstratum.dir/EthStratumClient.cpp.o /usr/local/lib/libboost_system-mt.a /usr/local/lib/libboost_thread-mt.a /usr/local/lib/libboost_regex-mt.a

getting this, and a bunch more missing functions:

Undefined symbols for architecture x86_64:
  "dev::NoteChannel::name()", referenced from:
      EthStratumClient::connect() in EthStratumClient.cpp.o
      EthStratumClient::reconnect() in EthStratumClient.cpp.o
      EthStratumClient::disconnect() in EthStratumClient.cpp.o
      EthStratumClient::connect_handler(boost::system::error_code const&, boost::asio::ip::basic_resolver_iterator<boost::asio::ip::tcp>) in EthStratumClient.cpp.o
      EthStratumClient::processReponse(Json::Value&) in EthStratumClient.cpp.o
      EthStratumClient::submit(dev::eth::EthashProofOfWork::Solution) in EthStratumClient.cpp.o
      dev::LogOutputStream<dev::NoteChannel, true>::~LogOutputStream() in EthStratumClient.cpp.o

"dev::TimerHelper::~TimerHelper()", referenced from:
      dev::eth::GenericMiner<dev::eth::EthashProofOfWork>::setWork(dev::eth::EthashProofOfWork::WorkPackage const&) in EthStratumClient.cpp.o

etc, I can post them all but I don't wanna spray.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks!

seems that the 980 is slower than a 280x, not worth it for the moment, maybe ther will be a tweak in the future

default settings (no switch) are fine. More important are core/memory clocks

i heard the maximus possible for a single card, on ethereum is 32 mega, due to some access thing, i don't remember

I have two 980Ti's but im not sure how to get the miner to see both GPUs

Edit: nevermind, it looks like this new version sees both of them?

Posted the picture above. Its hard to tell what exactly is going on with the ether miner compared to other ones.

Used the GPU-z app to see the load on the GPUs just to double check and it does show both GPUs at ~98% load

the hashrate is clearly displayed, you can see 40mega, 40.721.398H, if this is with two 980, it's relly bad, because my single 970 is doing 22M

Yup its with two of them.
Coinotron is showing ~46.5Mh for the 980Tis

And just for fun I put the same miner on my gaming desktop that has a 290x and its getting 26-31

Who knows... maybe im doing it wrong.

You need to do P0 state trick, after that oc your memory so that gpuz shows 2000MHz. My 970's max out at 22MH, 980 at 24MH, don't have any 980ti's but my guess is they can do 26MH.
