I never get any support from Yobit, because I am an altcoin trader and I have problems with altcoins at Yobit which I would like to withdraw to HODL.

So no, I never have received any support from Yobit.

Everyone expects a quick response, hence Yobit likely yet not ready to satisfy their customers in a reasonable time. I was looking at Yobit, looks kinda sketchy. Yobit not only exchange right now, you have much more choice there.

Just go to Cryptopia. Their list of coins is just as long, and when they say they support a coin, they actually do. Don't use Yobit.

Take that as you may.

They will respond if there's an answer that can be given that isn't a waste of time for them...

They are definitely not a scam.  You ought to just be a little patient, though I think Yobit is usually quicker than this in processing withdrawals.

my account in yobit was blocked ... just because I posted in the chat ... it's been 8 days and it's still blocked .... can anyone help me? I have already sent several messages to the yobit administrators, to the support, to the twiter ... to the telegram .... and no one answers. I created another account to send a message, but nobody answers .... I have my entire investment in yobit. And now what do I do my friends?
the main question is why were you banned?  you must have done something serious to obtain an account ban.....  chat bans dont effect login AFAIK....
Besides they caught a pumping dumping activity. We don't know. BTW: Yobit on telegram is fake. It isn't yobit. Only twitter and the yobit site are real.

Exactly, new people continuously joins into new telegram without knowing any thing. They simply follow those signal and start thinking negative about the exchanges. Of course, there are many people facing issues with yobit exchange and people are afraid to trade in yobit exchange.

for what reasons are not deposits refunded here?
Just read all the complains about the exchange.

I am waiting 5 months for 10 BTC but they ignore every ticket.

Life savings gone and they do not care.
For 10 months of wait still no reply to the ticket?

Have you ever tried to reached out their admin/staff through their chat box? That's a lot of money to lose if you'll stop contacting, keep on reaching them.

for what reasons are not deposits refunded here?

Two major ones: incorrect chain/address/offline wallet or some sort of smart contract token used as ETH.

does the term "never risk more in someone else's hands than you are able to loose" strike a nerve?

firstly;  there are no details about these magical large amounts that are owed;  DETAILS BAZZLE.  More can be extrapolated from all the solid evidence.  TXID's, addresses sent from and to;  what type of payment (in ETH, there are smart contract forms of payment as an example), what blockheight is the exchanges wallet VS the one you maintain??  These details are important to find out if you make a big mistake, got hacked somehow (very common via telegram, 3rd party sources, etc), or if they are truly being dishonest and outright stealing your funds.

for instance the NKA wallet:  Ive seen people try to send funds into yobit's offline wallet and scream its yobit's fault...... which clearly its not.
Same with VSync coin... they are on their own chain compared to private wallets and other exchanges.

This is the kind of research people don't do... and it bites them in the rump all proper like.

Binance, Kucoin, cryptopia, bittrex are all solid choices - poloneix, maybe cobinhood for odd new crypto but they do have some high withdraw fees for certain coins. Etherdelta if you can stand the hassle. I used to chase coin on all the exchanges, but it gets old dealing with bad exchanges. All it takes is one burn so might as well avoid the burn. Yobit burned me.

I whole heartedly admit;  everything I have on yobit is a risk... same with what I keep on cryptobridge and others.....  it can happen anywhere.

Their support is less than stellar, and leaves much to be desired.   Real explanations etc. are just not given sometimes.  For instance if you send funds to an offline or bad chain wallet;  they will most likely ignore any support request because there is no point (in their mind) to tell you they can't recover for X reason such as no nodes available, or broken wallet, etc.  People need to know these things.  They must be better defined than simply "Maintenance" for reason the coin is offline.

But I myself will buy and sell some of those coins that are "locked on the exchange".... Ive made quite a bit on things like BUB, and NKA to name just a few.

Yobit is not a scam. They are just fun exchange.
With what they are doing to their traders, slow response and poor support gives them title by most as a scam. I don't find it fun when people are suffering to use an exchange that they entrusted with their coins.

They may or may not deposit for you and may or maynot necessarily make the withdrawal to the address you specify.
Deposit, withdrawals problems belongs to Yobit's management and it's their duty to solve it for their customers.
there is so many coin has been listed in there because of listing fee so cheap
they do not fix any coin issue, they just let them dead and do not care.
they let many people stuck with their shitcoin or sell it for cheap bitcoin.
i sugest do not trade your shit coin in yobit.

The owner's probably are full rich after that 2017 bull ride, you will never see them anymore, the money they made need's decades and decades to be spent. They rarely appeared on yolobit chat, now they will *never* appear there. Try another exchange.
