Anyone knows when there will be a mainnet for NANO?
wtf Nano already has its own mainnet from the start (Raiblocks $mrai / $xrb) and also Nano is not the token of ERC20 / Neo / Waves |

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I believe that this project will be successful, because it has the simplest interface, which means that the largest number of users will be able to work with its product.
The most important thing is the function of this coin, with zero fee and instant payment transaction i think in the future many merchant or store will using Nano as payment option and Nano will be success |

I'm in it for the long term. Nano is positioning to be the best choice for retail businesses and person to person exchanges of money. Once wallets are setup and we have a few major exchanges with fiat pairings, your stores, internet shops, everyday people will favor nano as the currency of choice.
The other altcoins will be used as currency for services on their respective blockchains but when you walk into your everyday stores, etc... Nano would be ideal. There just needs to be a bit more infrastructure.

In case anyone missed it, Nano node is now available as a hardware box from the nanothings website https://nanothings.store/product/pod/I think this is a great idea for anyone who wants to run a node You're right, because users can quickly plug it into any existing home or business network and start supporting the network within 10 minutes. So i think Pod is very useful for novice users |

If I were you I'll read more into Nano's whitepaper so that you'll get an overview on how nano makes all these possible. |

yes yes... yeahhhh finally marketing begins they will also do some conferences for the next 2 months can not wait to see it Great to know that the team are stepping up their marketing game, with what they're currently doing, attending conference and stuff I'm sure they can gather enough friends to help push Nano forward and maybe help it increase in value. Honestly it's kind of frustrating to see the current value of Nano with the potential of this project, it's unfortunate that's it's current price is just around 50k sat and the fact that nano went down to rank 36, it used to be a part of the top 20, what happened though? What cause this price drop? |

I think you would have to look for the other famous DAG projects since that is easier to compare, although they mostly target different markets in my eyes. I would have a look at byteball since IOTA is quite far from actual very day usage. Yeah that's what they all say but if you look deeper into the tech behind Nano you'll realize that it isn't too good to be true it's actually true and it's possible that's why nano is so revolutionary because it makes what other people sees impossible possible, it removes all the waiting that usually comes with cryptocurrency and it removes the fees making transactions so much faster and cheaper for everybody. If I were you I'll read more into Nano's whitepaper so that you'll get an overview on how nano makes all these possible.

Instant payment time, 0 fee. What more can commercial companies ask for? (Not to mention eco-friendly characteristic of Nano, regarding hich Nano had just uploaded video on twitter.. COnsuming almost 20 times less KWH then BTC..) |

I didn't follow this coin so maybe the question sounds a bit stupid:
Why was it renamed to Nano? Was there a specific reason or some incident?
(Nano sounds very generic to me, like naming it Dollar.)

That was the developer's decision and what they say about rebranding is : "The Core Team wanted a name that represented the simplicity and speed of the project, and Nano does just that." I can not say that Nano is better or worst from RaiBlocks, but it is certainly created confusion to some users and some of them are not even sure is this same coin or is it use same wallet. Read more here. Good news for Ledger Nano S hardware wallet users , one of the Nano Developer is finished application and now is only up to Ledger team to add this app to their store. This will be great move, first light and secure wallet for Nano  The name is fine, I like it |
