For me, the technology and the XRP platform provided do not affect the decision I made. XRP is chosen and invested by many investors, they are interested in the profit that XRP brings, and I do. As long as investors still love XRP and invested in it, I will continue to be a fan of XRP. Take a look at the price and trend of XRP to make your decision. The technology of XRP is not the best, so don't worry about that.

Some countries have strong consumer protecting laws.
Selling a piece of plain A4 paper for $100 will get you in trouble soon or later.

Every product has a "base" price, the other cost are added to get the final shop price.
XRP's base price is next to nothing.
      Transporting say, some glass vacuum tubes adds significantly to a products shop price
XRP's transport costs are next to nothing.
       Short shelf life, easy perishable can drastically affect price
XRP cant go off (some would say it is already rotten)
       If something is rare, hard to find it also adds to final shop price
XRP even so technically limited, in practic is unlimited and Jeb can sell the next  few thousand years, other dont have the court restriction in place so should be done with in a few hundred years.
       High quality product cost more
XRP extreme poor quality, bits missing, slow, been hacked.....
        Full ownership is differed from just "leasing"
XRP will always belong to Ripple just like a jeton, chip, token to a casino (actually illegal not informing customers that it is just a lease)
        Good company reputation also helps price
Ripple been fined, so proof of past criminal activity
        Strong support from founder does a ton of good for a product (Elon Musk, Bill Gates.....)
Jeb abandoned long ago
        A collection of patents always helps
None to speak of in XRP's biggest fool chase.

XRP production price (base) next to nothing with nothing much to add with the exception of 99.99% get rich fantasies for doing absolutely nothing.

This lawsuit. It will always come back with different amendments and different versions to trouble Ripple if it is not settled or resolved immediately.



A new amended complaint against Ripple draws on the SEC’s framework for digital assets to outline how XRP might be a security – likely the first federal case to do so.

The filing also cites California advertising law, in addition to federal securities law, to argue that investors were misled by Ripple’s promotion of XRP.

While the case is a year old and has not yet received class-action status, the new complaint is the first that Ripple must respond to with a substantive answer.

Ripple has until mid-September to file its response.

Price manipulation and lies are never good fundamentals. Ripple hasn't calculated a failed strategy. Money can buy a lot but it's almost sure it won't work all time. Bad xrp news everywhere and it doesn't surprise me xrp is going same way like all shitcoins recently - way down.

In my opinion, even we are in a down trend, the end is very near according to technical analysis. MACD is at its all-time low as previous bull runs. Stochastic RSI is at oversold like previous bull runs. We have (probably) a final capitulation, last shakeout (long wick at the image 2). And of course, fundamentals are very very strong at the moment. The price diverges with the fundamental in a bullish way.
