However, with Ripple’s pending case, should they not stop dumping XRP on the market until everything is legally resolved? Chris Larsen and Brad Garlinghouse should be careful not to worsen the case against them.

People are not worried ?how can they put funds to other altcoin when the exchange are freezing trade or even delisting XRP?
 But Don't underestimate the capacity of XRP ,this is still the rank3 cryptocurrency and even how bad news comes from one place to another yet the Maintaining price is 18-22 cents Meaning the value did not drop that bad because even before the Bull run starts XRP price stays in 23-26 cents so having this meaning the drop is just 20% in totality.

They are not worried because they have an alternative, another altcoins to invest, that's what I mean.
Why would they still put their money if they are worried, that's so stupid, you know that anytime XRP will dump and you still trust them.
I would not do that if its in my situation.

Or Maybe some are taking the advantage  of Buying at low price because they know that this wont stay very long ,yeah 1 year fall? but surely in time this will recover because this is one of the most popular and used crypto all over the world.

This is not a normal dump like we witness on bitcoin and other good altcoins, there's a legal issue behind this, so most probably this will create some panic.

To guys planning to dump their XRP, think twice. XRP is only delisting it's XRP listing to "US CUSTOMERS ONLY". Other countries doesn't follow suit with USA SEC charge against XRP. It's been 7 years since XRP is introduced. This is an obvious personal intent by the SEC Commissioners to gain cheap XRP's. They charge XRP without any warning. I hope the SEC Commissioner be removed from their post. Again, Volume of Trades of XRP doesn't revolve around US Customers. WE still have the rest of the world supporting XRP.

There will be plenty of ups and downs in the crypto charts whether XRP or anything else including Bitcoin so if it can be pumped it can be dumped. Nothing surprises me at all about how the way prices fluctuate on CMC because there are people making and banking millions of USD$ everyday.

i Have read this also But i believe that Ripple(XRP) will not let their supporters down ,and if its Need to have settlement agreement for sure they will do this for the sake of business.

Invest in ico? Do you still believe in ico which has been creating scams to harm investors? Even experts say that if it's 100% ICO to 99% it's an ICO scam. So I think I have to be careful if I want to invest in ICO.

Maybe for now it is safer to invest in bitcoin and I think it is more promising than investing in an ICO,
but after all, not all ICO are scam, the most important thing is that we have to be really smart in choosing an ICO if we intend to invest in it.

The fact is that there may be certain projects that really have Huge potential, but the developers do not have enough money to pay for IEO on the rating exchange. it is for this reason that the developers start ICO, but if investors have real confidence in this project, then you can invest in ico, with a high probability of profit in the near future.

yes, everyone is also waiting for the results of what will happen to XRP because this could have an impact on others and it could happen. remember the economy is sometimes brought into the realm of politics and this is also very worrying, hopefully it doesn't happen.

Surely they have taken steps that can be done as best as possible because it also involves many people in it because there will definitely be losers.
the best way is to sit together to solve it properly if you have to pay a fine can be done.
Because until now XRP is still good and the market cap is very good, so it indicates that there is no excessive concern from the holder.

This one could probably be the biggest reason, but honestly, I don't know how this 125k members are going to pump a high market coin to pump this big, i mean are they coordinated enough to do this, I've seen a lot of PND group before but they are mostly focus on small cap coins.
