Plenty of pumps and dumps will happen with all crypto but with Ripple there is the impending SEC lawsuit hanging over their heads so XRP price will be bouncing around in a more volatile manner until that case is settled. I cannot see Ripple failing so the obvious way out of it an out of court settlement if the two parties can strike a deal.

I think that in the current situation of XRP it is better not to bet on it, but to wait for the SEC's decision.

There are other exchanges that have already delisted XRP particular only to their users-based and that's specifically for traders on the US. But with their other users offshore, there's no problem on it.

It's an action towards the lawsuit that's been done by SEC and they have to comply on it to avoid being sanctioned if ever they'll be involved or partaker regarding the lawsuit. As you see there are still plenty of exchanges that supports it.

They really have to give update for what's the situation they're in to make their community updated from the lawsuit. Despite the delisting and lawsuit, the price keeps standing and stable on $0.5 and I think that's a good sign for the holders of it.

Who would have thought that it won't be touching $0.5 again with the active lawsuit. We mostly think that it will be a continuous falling for it because of it. But look, those who have speculated the same are proven to be wrong.

Holding XRP too and trust it has extraordinary potential. My view is that it's valuable for banks and permits them to remain applicable against cryptos. MoneyGram is stepping back from its partnership with Ripple Labs citing the legal uncertainty swirling around the blockchain startup’s XRP token.

The money transfer company said Monday it “is not planning for any benefit from Ripple market development fees in the first quarter” of 2021, a break from last year’s Q1 when MoneyGram banked $12.1 million in such fees.

Ripple has been paying MoneyGram to use the XRP (+2.38%) token in international settlement since 2019 and first engaging in a pilot agreement with the service in 2018. Since then, MoneyGram has netted $61.5 million in “market development fees” from Ripple.

On an annual basis, XRP should have started to move to increase, but it looks like it has moved just a little bit yet to surprise.
