Those ETH, DAO and Dash as far as i know have wallets too.

Is there going to be a Windows wallet released for this new coin ? I like to keep my coins in my desktop wallet and to this day I only dealt with Bitcoin and Litecoin, so I know really nothing about these new coins like Etherium, DAO, Dash...

Lite client will have offline wallet storage option and you will be able to run it on any device so it will be much simpler to use for the end-users.

That's a good thing. Maybe you will also have a web wallet as an option for thoes who only have few waves like me. Hard drive wallet is great though, synchronizing however is just a pain in the ass.

^ Lite client with no blockchain download, connecting instantly which you will be able to run on any device in your browser. You will be able to import and use it quickly on different devices also. No blockchain sync needed.

How about running a full node? Are there any benefits in doing so, other than strengthening the network?

Of course, details will be in tech paper. Full node will be sharing its rewards with the lite clients which are leasing their balance to it.

Dev can I guess confirm if it is literally next day June 1st or not......I would assume yes?  Unless it's not "on" exchanges yet then only option would be if they drop new wallet release.

ICO ends on May, 31.  After the ICO is over tokens can be withdrawn from the ICO platform

This "guy" (Tai Zen) was dialoging with Sasha awhile back about doing a live Google "ask me anything" hangout. I've been monitoring his twitter, but there has been no announcement as of yet. Only him saying that they are trying to work something out given the different time zones. If the Waves team becomes aware that a time has been set, I hope it is announced here. I would really welcome the chance to witness that conversation.

How can waves be traded on centralized exchanges?

With a pseudo waves token? on which blockchain? the nxt asset exchange is totally crap with absolute no volume, i would not like to trade there.

So therefor asking for a centralized exchange, because there is volume, because they are having pro market maker and base of customers (traders, pro or semi-pro). But how do you want to make them trade your waves token without a blockchain running?

Just asking, in case of positive response from the mods here, i would think of buying some. But anyway, I will get the faucet waves from your ad campaign.

...But I'm not sure we're past the optimum now. But we certainly could get there.

The devs to me seem full of ambition and vision. I'm not sure they would be inclined to take things easy just because they are "already rich." I sense they have a lot of integrity and a strong desire to bring their vision to pass. I think they know their reputations are on the line and they will probably push and push until all their goals and dreams are realized. Also, I seem to remember that in order to implement their loftiest visions will require a lot of funds as some of the licenses they seek can be very expensive to obtain. I don't understand this world that well to provide the details, but I'm sure some people could.

I've thought that breaking the 10k BTC milestone would be ideal for this project. It looks almost certain that will happen. I'm not sure we should blast through that to something like 15k or beyond, but there might be hidden benefits to that outcome that I can't see. For me something like 11k BTC would still feel right and good. Past that, I might start to share the concerns you stated so well.

One important factor affecting the sweet spot for WAVES is FinCen registration. That take a lot of money, especially in the States where it has to be done state by state. So WAVES could actually swallow a lot of BTC and wind up better for it. The more fiat gatewats, the better.
