If there is a problem before main net launch, for example a fundamental issue that can't be solved that prevents the features promised in the OP working as expected, will the ICO funds be returned, either fully or partially?
In which scenarios (no matter how theoretical/hypothetical they may be) would the ICO funds be returned?
Hey Illodin Client and test net will be launched before the end of the crowdfunding campaign, in May, 2016 Scorex framework is being developed from long time, if Kushti wasn`t able to do it Waves would not be announced Some news coming next week As you didn't answer the question I asked I need to deduct it from your post. "No refunds will be made no matter what." Is that correct? |

A lot of things depend from collected funds especially bolded part sasha35625 (wavesplatform) BOT [9:52 PM] as for regulations, if all is fine we'll be registering a UK company with financial license[9:53] anda WAVES foundation company in some offshore jurisdiction [9:53] or quasi offshore, like Holland. if ICO is successful maybe Swiss company |

Time will tell even with all the previous ico no one expect that a mount gained in the final stage (ETH or lisk) it depends on how many willing to participate |

Lisk gained 10k+ I don't see why Waves can't reach that either. thats the big problem. people will always compare everything with everything. Lisk compared with ethereum and waves want to be compared with lisk. But they are completely different products. Only time can tell how much they can reach and how justified the money is. We probably will see a few successful fundings until everyone thinks he has to invest in everything, because it will gain anyway. And then we are coming to the .com bubble similar szenario, where everything drops like crazy. Hopefully we are far away from it yet ;-) |

also how about the other campaign bounties (twitter, facebook, newsletter etc) how will you calculate their stakes ? and give the rewards.
Hello! The 50 posts are to be made in any thread in BCT. For the other campaigns, each follower/liker will get a stake, this will be determined at the end of the ICO. |
