All the waves signatures became RISE?  

Not all of them, only the bottom dwellers that want things for free and have zero gratitude for the tokens being given to them.

Personally, I wish there were zero bounties for all this stuff and they awarded people as they want to for being honorable and loyal.

No.  Go back and read what was stated by AhmadAshraf - if you kept your signature until the end of the ICO then you should be fine.  Only people who signed up for another (e.g. Rise) signature campaign before the end of this ICO might have reason to worry as their is no way for the team to confirm that they kept the signature until the end.  You don't need to worry unless you did that.

Hello Everyone,

Sadly, removing the signature campaign before the bounties are distributed poses a serious trust problem between the parties. Although I'm sure most participants are respectable and established members who are bound to have followed the rules, some other users have tried to play smart and maximize their profit by participating into two campaign simultaneously, and at the moment, I don't have a method to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the signature change happened after the spreadsheet was posted.

Moreover, As I believe our campaign is provably one of the most generous to recently hit bitcointalk, the attitude of some particpants to immediately changeover their signature proves they are not committed at all to the project,  and that they are just aiming to maximizing their personal gains by jumping from one train to another.

I am cross checking RISE campaign spreadsheet, and users who have applied their application after the final spreadsheet was released will not be disqualified and will be reward.

A list with the currently disqualified members list will be posted shortly

Totally agree! Waves campaign has been completely transparent, generous and "smooth", the fluid and decent communication by the team to its investors and the management of social accounts to claim the rewards of the best in many other ICOS.
Some people want to maximize profits? Ok, it is valid ... but please, just a little class.

Nice decision.
WAVES was without any controversy so far, and lets keep it that way.
