What are people downloading and unzipping. I used Google Chrome and went to the app store and downloaded app and launched. I hope I did this right. I didn't have to unzip anything.
You're ok. Theres two options you can download the lite client and open it locally on your computer. Or option two download the google chrome app. OK Thanks. It was just to easy. Thought maybe I missed a step. |

This is BY FAR ,the easiest procedure to have your waves wallet installed. That's what i'm saying. It was almost to easy thats why I'm hoping I did it right. tried the chrome app but clicking I understand Button seem not working. is not working. i just stuck there and does nothing.  if it did work for you, it must be my mouse. |

This is BY FAR ,the easiest procedure to have your waves wallet installed. That's what i'm saying. It was almost to easy thats why I'm hoping I did it right. tried the chrome app but clicking I understand Button seem not working. is not working. i just stuck there and does nothing. if it did work for you, it must be my mouse. its not your mouse it happened to me aswell... close the wallet and reopen.. it seems to be a bug where if you click around too fast or in the wrong spot before the popup happens it gets stuck in the dialog and it won't listen to close events. |

Unable to log into ICO website.
Anyone else having this problem?
EDIT: maybe this is a security measure, after downloading the lite wallet? I changed password on ICO website and now able to log in as normal.

so, I have installed the chrome app, created a wallet, put my address in the ICO platform, confirmed the email that I have change my wave wallet... have done this like 3 hours ago..... my question is, for how long do I have to wait before my coins be transferred to my wallet?

We're doing final checks (website security, servers, etc). Also waiting for some people to register addresses. Better safe than sorry! Also we're preparing launch at exchanges. Over the week-end all withdrawals will be processed. |

In slack they said they were sending them manually and as of about 10 hours ago there was already 900 accounts on the list of 5,790. They will be sending them out throughout the weekend is what I understood. So it will probably take some time. I wouldn't wait around at the computer for it that's for sure. Glad you got Google working. Mine was a fresh install so I had nothing to clear etc... in Google. I didn't run into any issues everything was really smooth. Wish I could say that about other crypto's (not gonna mentions names). |
