when will be launching on exchange for sure?
20 or 25th of june?
20th June on Bittrex  No Chance!!! I am calling it now! 25th at the soonest. Looking at the past history of this coin, more delays expected!!!! There is more chance me waking up to find an extra 5" swinging between my legs than Waves going to exchanges on the 20th. a I still don't know why they are bothering with a low liquidity exchange as opposed to Polo first. Lisk raised half the amount of money and they were able to secure that exchange ahead of time with an NDA. Yes one of the few things they got right on launch.  We have Bittrex. I don't care if it's late, I want them to make sure it's secure and communicate the progress with investors. This is the part mxxxx seems to miss in his post. Rather than pointing a finger at profit driven traders, he can learn more about transparency. Good luck Waves team. I believe in the project even if I'm not a big fan off some of your recent actions. My plan is to enable exchanges one by one. I don't understand why we should rush it and be at all exchanges at once. Rush slowly. |

For those of you who have not yet withdrawn your Waves from your ICO accounts: please update your Chrome plug-in today, generate a new account, write down your seed and store it in a safe place (or use the back-up tool, which will be available in the latest version of the client). Enter this new address in your user area on the ICO site. Small volume on Bittrex might be bad for the start.
All will sell on Bittrex and no one will buy because the majority is using Poloniex.
Everyone will make an account to sell on Bittrex but almost no one will make an account to buy there. |

Nowhere did I say to rush, you have me confused with others. I question the choice of Bittex. According to CMT, Bittrex is number 17 on 24 hour volume, Polo is number 2. Do you see the concern or am I way off base? It makes it feel cheap, maybe it's just me. It's a ferrari project being presented at a honda dealership. |

Im on mobile (android) and i cant download lite walet to my mobile phone, so i have plan to send directly to the exchange. Is still possible send directly to the exchange next time? |

Because if there is an issue on the first exchange you can catch the problem right there instead of all exchanges having the same problem all at once. Very smart Sasha. Keep up the good work! |

Sasha was here doing an AMA, and he avoided all questions regarding the missing bitcoins from the escrow address. I still want to know why did the escrows release the funds before a "successful launch"?  Exchanges not being able to connect to Main Net is successful? Alexander Kuzmin and Paul Klanschek we demand some answers. You missed my reply. Network is launched successfully, integration with exchanges is another question. It's under way now. Did Sasha mention what was happening with the 2500 BTC moved?
@Sasha: I think it would be good to announce movement of the ICO funds BEFORE moving them. This way, you avoid "what's going on?" moments and community members can point those who ask for clarification towards those announcements.
Waves are not trading on exchanges, some users may have not received their coins, why the escrow released the funds? Not a good move to touch btc from escrow at this time IMHO... I'm dumbfounded by some of the choices from what's stated above to integrating with the #17 volume based exchange to highlight the project. Nothing we can do, they have the investment, it's there's to do as they see fit. I want them to do well, thats why I get frustrated with the string of poor choices. I'd be surprised if many people would trust a low performing exchange >50+ BTC. Maybe their target is a different market, then Bittrex makes sense. It seems like they think everyone wants it on Polo to dump, that's why out of touch with bigger traders. I want my money on an exchange I trust, once that happens, I'm not at the whim of this dev team. |
