I'm currently running v. 0.4.6a of Chrome App lite wallet but noticed that on Chrome web store there is v. 0.4.6.3 available: is it recommended to upgrade to this version as soon as possible ( and in case please explain how to do it) or is it just a minor update?

Also, I have some incent tokens in my waves wallet: if I would have to restore my wallet using wallet seed would I have also my incent tokens restored beside to my waves or is there any other action required to do it?

Is there still plans to integrate waves with mycelium wallet or has that been knocked on the head? All alt coins have been taking a beating this last while but waves seems to be the only one that looks to have a promising future. Id be quite happy just holding through the price swings but im sure theres money to be made day trading.

Sasha told in his previous Q/A , mycelium is busy with their project atm. Maybe after they are settle, the collaboration between Mycelium and Waves will continue to be discuss.

Hi!

1. Yes, you can only generate new blocks("mine") if you have 10k on your node. Currently the tx number is low so won't be able to earn much however as soon as Waves' decentralized exchanges goes live(end of January) the transactions count will skyrocket and you will be able to earn real money by running a node.
2. Waves will be able to handle ~1000 tx/sec after the performance enhancements implemented (Q2 2017, Scalability White Paper: https://eprint.iacr.org/2016/994.pdf). So it will be a very scalable platform.

I got an unused node and I consider to set up a Waves node as a long term stakeholder . According the information I found so far, mining is only possible with at least 10k Waves, right? It would not be a problem. I would just buy the missing coins to reach this mark.

What I would like to know either, what is the average gain by running a mining node with 10k Waves since the most blocks do not contain txs and thus no fees?

Another question, besides from the node stuff, how scalable is Waves compared to Bitcoin for instance? How many transactions could be process per second?

I suppose if you only have 1 wave, you can receive .2 WCT the first month and .1 for the next 8. Since no minimum has been talked about, I assume that's how it would work.

No minimum has been specified in anything I've read. But that's a good question. I understand that the distribution will happen gradually, though. 20% the first month and then 10% each month after that for 8 more months. I suppose if you only have 1 wave, you can receive .2 WCT the first month and .1 for the next 8. Since no minimum has been talked about, I assume that's how it would work.
