With your seed, you can access it on every computer / smartphone.

So try to run it on another computer, enter your seed (passphrase) and you should be fine.

I tried to to buy half amount of RBX at 293 sat, but my order wasn't be executed, my order becomes open order instead of closed order. "The sell order" disappeared and I can't see it on " Trade history ". It happened to me 3 times when I try to buy Rypto Bux @293 sat , @295 sat , and @298 sat.

These 3 sell orders has same amount to sell.

If they have the same compared value 1 Waves would be around 0.2BTC

If your Waves address would be enough to recover your coins, then anyone who knows your address could recover your coins.

You need the private key (seed / passphrase) you received when creating the wallet account.
