I have now been waiting 24 hours and counting and my Bitcoin has yet to be sent from their gateway. This is crazy
I have the same problem I'm very worried the gateway took my bitcoin because in my transaction ID it does not even show what btc address I sent the bitcoin to it just shows the waves gateway recipient address as the receiver and I have no knowledge of where my btc is. It's been 12 hrs and it's no where not even pending to any of the addresses I sent it to. this is not a very good experience for me at all using this platform for the first time If you experience problems, send an email to support@wavesplatform.com. |

I contacted support and was told it would be resolved within 24 hours. Needless to say that hasn't happened, and I'm now being told " just wait" " if need to wait longer, then you need to wait" |

The problem is I submitted a withdraw an My btc went to the gateway but I haven't received any of my bitcoin it's gone. I don't know if the gateway has it or if I send it somewhere else or if it was hacked |

BTC and ETH seems to be having a lot of problems.
It's just not WAVES having problems.

They have a very established track record and stealing isn't a part of it. |

No problems here, it's working fine. What version are you on? Did you update to Lite Client 0.4.27a already? Anyway, if you are on the correct version, try to reboot your modem or your computer. Your coins are on the blockchain, not in the wallet. So no need to panic anyway. |

I have never had any problems with the Waves chrome lite client, but I have only used waves for moving coins.
Moving BTC around can be very challenging and also the ETH network has had many problems lately.

What will it do? Why is it good for the waves platform? What will it do with the price of waves?

Thanks, I emailed them. So at least, fixing this for me is now on their backlog. I would not jump to the conclusion that your BTC is lost. The gateway has been slow for some and can often take 24 hours or more like you've been told. But it's been used successfully by hundreds to thousands of people. They don't have a reputation for stealing funds from anyone. It would not be in anyone's best interest for them to do that, especially their own. Keep waiting and working with the support team. I totally get the frustration. It's not good that it takes so long sometimes. Especially when you have a deadline to participate in something like you say. I just wanted to reassure you that you don't need to add worry about it being "taken" to your justifiable sense of frustration. |

Does Sasha respond to this stain on WAVES reputation? No, if old Coinomat asset holders want to see their money again they're going to have to fight for it, it's obvious Sasha doesn't care about Coinomat investors now, otherwise he would have re-opened swaps with adequate compensation for lost WCT and dividends months ago when WAVES platform launched, as he promised he would do when he gave Coinomat investors that assurance. He told me personally that the benefit of not swapping was coinomat dividends would continue, and as the the number of assets would be smaller after the first swap round, the % return to those who waited for the second round would be higher , well guess what, NO DIVIDENDS WERE EVER PAID AGAIN!! Sasha lied, or is too incompetent to take care of his commitments, or BOTH!! You can't shame a scammer who scams people in broad daylight, only legal action and physical force will get results. |

All of you keep oon forgeting that dex is still in beta...Sasha and the team are probably doing all they can to fix all of problems. Just be patient for a few more weeks..the price should go up huge and the dex will be working more bugs free. I have a good feeling about Waves future.

I withdrew BTC from waves client a week ago and it was delayed too but mine was because of low btc transaction fees. |

Many will learn over time, so many will continue buying colored mirrors. It was good to sell Waves at 0.0023 It will never recover that value. Dex works poorly, but at least do not rip people off like Tidex does. Keep living in Beta mode.- To the moon  |
