What is your best investment strategy?

My best investment strategy is same as many others have prolly already mentioned. I simply buy and hodl bitcoin, nothing else. It's been working for me since 2011. The great thing is I don't have to even think or worry about anything. Just buy the dips, hodl.

yeahb I think the key is that you can be patient after you buy bitcoin. because the key advantages of investing in bitcoin is to be patient. First you have to buy at prices that have the potential to rise. This depends on your skills and knowledge. then after that you can wait until the price rises. lucky if it lasts quickly

Short term and long term investment needs patient, you need to have that in your mind because even though you have a lot of resources to invest but you do not have the attitude that will lead you to success, you will still lose in the long run. Investing is profitable but not for everyone.

the point with simply holding bitcoin is that you need to sell them, or at least spend them in order to realize profits. if you just keep them in your wallet without doing anything with them, then the value on paper is basically the only thing you have.

Of course we need to sell them but holding your bitcoin, it means to me that I am holding my bitcoin for a long term so the moment I realize to spend it I could spend it with the greater value since by that time I predict the price of bitcoin will substantially increase.

yeah, holding might give you a huge chance to make huge money really easily, in my opinion such investment method will make me rich in the future

I have no strategy in investing because in a right way and time i made a profit from btc/ altcoins investment. Yeah many investment now is getting scam and i lost btc some of them so i decide to try in altcoins. Then i learn trading so that i earn money from it. Investing in trading altcoins is the good for than others.

Exactly. The majority of investments have turned into scams nowadays, but still there is the option into investing in good alt coins with promising ICOs. As it is advised to make your research first before investing anything, you can choose an alt coin with innovative technologies and participate into the ICO for profits. I have done this with the Lisk and Waves ICO and have obtained good results.

Ultimately, I have been looking into investing in Bitcoin casinos (such as the one under my signature)

To me, Investing in altcoins is no different than investing in ponzies. They pump an altcoin till the early investors get their profts and the people who joined to the party lately will only lose money. This circle can can last a few turns but in the end it will die because there won't be any ealy adaptors left soon in the party. After that the coin will die too. Pretty much the same with every altcoins out there.

but I think you need a method or strategy that is more specific because maybe people have different levels of patience. You can search or wait until the price of bitcoin is really low and you can start to buy it. I'm sure if you know the method and then the price goes up, you can get many benefits

You may loss around 10-20% overnight if you just keep bitcoins in wallet, if you remember that huge 20% dump after bitfinex hack recently. So better to take necessary sell and buy decisions on such events.

Yeah me too. Most Bitcoin holders are very optimistic and waiting for this exciting event to occur in order to make decent profits. As for me, I'm buying small amounts of BTC while price has dipped (as a result of the Bitfinex hack) now that I have the feeling that the price will increase even more once SegWit becomes active and also block size is increased. As soon as Bitcoin becomes more scallable, it will gain more traction and thus it will result in mainstream adoption.

the risk of holding in investment is only that investment are collapse for other if that investment still going fine, you can get profit if you can be patience.

That still depends on luck and proper timing because you cannot use your martingale in dice games, the actual result is independent from the previous result so you will still lose in the long run, that some convincing that you will win buy when you are in actual game you will witness cold streak.
