Hey I'm not very familiar with Maid but technically you can as with a private BTC wallet you can control your own keys and that's the only thing needed to store Maid in a Bitcoin wallet but maybe tempus know a little more than me.

Technically yes but it would be displayed as Bitcoin. Not sure if Lykke plans to support Maid in future. I own a few MAID myself and I use Omni: https://www.omniwallet.orgWhat I've done is: 1) I downloaded electrum and generated address and private keys offline. 2) I've put that address as watch-only on Omni 3) Transacted Maid on it. Private Keys stay offline, so it's in fact a cold wallet. 4) Only if I want to transfer I import the private key (simple: just copy-paste)

There's any way to see the BCH using the private key? Any online wallet support priv key and BCH to sell them and buy more maidesafe? Also thanks for the factom tip... I'm also in, the future is near!

I'm also in, the future is near! I don't know much about BCC-wallets yet, and which may be good or not, but this is an interesting article and gives a good overview about the current situation regarding wallets and exchanges: https://bitcoinmagazine.com/articles/these-bitcoin-exchanges-and-wallets-are-supporting-bitcoin-cash/Edit: P.S.: @factoo3, I've seen your post about Neucoin etc. Wasn't us who deleted it bust most likely a BCT-mod who recognized it as OT. I remember that I've given some examples of projects in that thread. And yes, it's often a good choice to check projects deeper who focus on delivery instead on hyping because there is a higher chance 1) to be in early and before a majority recognizes a project and 2) it's possible to just watch and wait for the progress. Even the best teams are not perfect, there will always be setbacks and delays etc., but good teams work and work and figure it out - they don't give up. Neucoin was a master-example of the opposite - they didn't only give it up but it wouldn't even have been possible to get it back on track because of it's economical design. That's why it was a safe prediction that it had to go down and I really felt sorry for those who have been unexperienced at that time but believed in the hype. But, to also say that: Everybody loses from time to time. I've lost quite some money back in 2014 but I consider it as "Lehrgeld" (means something like "I had to pay that for education") ;-)

Why this sudden raise ?
i just logged in to ask the same question i could only explain that with the survey about adding new coins. as the lykke exchange is used by a lot of "normal"users and not trader it will open the access to other parts of the society and therefore the market sees this as a raise of price and are buying

For institutional parties trading on the lykke platform is probably most attractive. Easy and reliable direct trading between crypto and fiat. Additionally, lykke offers liquidity as a market maker which reduces risk of pump and dump schemes.
Especially with crap that happened with BTC-E more and more traders will seek stability and trustworthiness that only LYKKE offers.
The 2nd half of 2017 will be good for us. Lot of empty promises coins still priced way higher than lykke.

windows wallet available?
Hey Dimitry, web trading platform is currently in development and will be released in the next upcoming months. A web based wallet (I would guess in both trading and private forms) will be available and integrated similar as you can see in the app. You can check other near term upcoming features including debit cards, new assets (Ripple, Litecoin, ERC20 tokens), limit orders among others here: https://trello.com/b/IV0PH2gs/lykke-roadmap

Hello Bannedseller, LKK is not mineable as it represent shares in Lykke Corp. These shares are actually units of Bitcoin called colored coins (similar but not exactly as ERC20 tokens in Ethereum). The exchange is semi-decentralized in a way that Lykke doesn't hold your funds (in BTC) like other similar companies, it uses a multi-signature wallet where you hold one key and the exchange the other. In case of a hack like Bitfinex or Mt. Gox you have a refund address that you can trigger and recover your funds. Let us know if you have other questions but I suggest visiting https://lykke.com/ where there's plenty of useful information.

Unregistered security. FIFY. There is a roadmap "Regulation in EU/CH/ US/UK", I wonder how you are planning to achieve it.

Unregistered security. FIFY. There is a roadmap "Regulation in EU/CH/ US/UK", I wonder how you are planning to achieve it. Lykke has a US team led by Michael Klena actively working on regulating all things Lykke in the US, with many licenses already waiting for approval after passing initial stages. So far regulators are very keen on working with new fintech companies. Of course we don't know what the future holds but don't fall for this recent SEC FUD affecting many assets lately, there are plenty of legitimate business that are 100% regulated, even in the US. I can name Gemini which operates in NYC of all places or even Ledger X recently. Now as Michael himself mentioned many times the US has a lot of states with different laws, so the approvals and licenses will come gradually and progressively. Remember plenty of other projects considered securities never applied for a money transmitter license or registered anywhere and that's why the SEC is warning investors and may act on it if the trend continues but please don't throw everybody in the same bag.

Hello, I got one question. I invested 1 BTC into the Lykke ICO, and while seeing every currency soar in value since February I thought ''Man I'm sure holding Lykke is the best idea'',
so turns out I have 1.028 BTC now.
I'm not mad or anything nor I'm looking for trouble, I'm just curious if this asset will rise vs BTC one day, other than its market cap.
