Lykke is really a really good project. This project is only managed by Richard Olsen as CEO and Sergey lvliev as COO. Who does not know him? The average project they handle is always successful. Therefore there is no reason to doubt their project.

I've told that Lykke is one of the fastest exchanges/wallets out and i've decided to give it a try. So, i bought some ETH yesterday. My ETH is visible on my wallet but in the transaction details, it says "in process". It's been more than 30 hours but still no progress. Also they're not responding my mails, they're just sending auto-replies.
I'll be posting updates here to inform new comers and potential Lykke users.
TLDR; Still waiting to have ETHs that i bought. I'll continue to update here for every 24 hours, so people can follow up progress. It's been more than 54 hours since i've bought some ETH by selling (giving) USD. USD transaction settled up immediately to the Lykke system but ETH transaction to my exchange wallet seems "in process" since then. (Yes, 54 hours) Thanks to mtnsaa, helped me to speed up support by contacting support team and they have sent an email that says basically "Dev team will resolve your issue". Actually i was trying to have an idea about how fast Lykke resolves transactions, now i have more than just an idea. My issue has been solved by Lykke after 10 days. It was really long (unacceptable) process for an order. I hope they will involve and inform users more when something like this happen and i hope they will not have same technical issues. Best.

Polente, while I'm glad to hear that the issue is resolved I agree it shouldn't happen again (although no exchange is perfect). There were widespread issues as mentioned in previous messages after both BTC/ETH networks congestion affected Lykke decentralized implementations. That's why now when the migration to a centralized model is complete (BTC is finished, ETH will follow this week) this and many other bugs will be resolved hopefully. The silver lining is that Lykke will most likely gain in user experience, speed and become profitable after avoiding Bitcoin ridiculous fees (almost 800k spent in December fees).

If Lykke use BTC side chain, using Bitcoin Cash in stead of BTC would be far better option to running in decentralized mode.

You can't trade/deposit/withdraw fiat without KYC verification. KYC is also required to trade LKK/LKK1Y/LKK2Y. You'll able to trade between crypto pairs without verification (below certain limits) depending on your region.

Thanks a lot! The link is what I have been searching for. Can you add SLR/ETH trading pair? The transaction with BTC is slow in confirmation and expensive in fee.

That's actually what many of us are thinking right now and something to keep in mind for the future, BTC is becoming impossible to use for trading and if this keeps going ETH (which has a lot of pairs already, especially ERC20 tokens) could definitely take its place. Regarding SLR/ETH I don't see a lot of chances because of volume but maybe later on in the web platform along with new assets. I'll add it as a suggestion here though: https://trello.com/b/7EFaUhyj/lykke-community

It was a very hard decision from what I know but as you said, it's only logical. This is more due to the current state of blockchain technology, it just doesn't scale yet and it's very far away from doing so. Either way Lykke as it's mentioned in the blogpost is working hard on its own solution which seems very promising. That will take a while but it's always the goal, Lykke didn't stay semi-decentralized for so long if it didn't believe in the power of it.
Hopefully it's temporary but if it takes a while to find a better solution, so be it, that's my personal opinion of course.
Thanks and happy holidays to you too kawacaki!
is it possible to export the original private key from the new wallet of centralized model?

is it possible to export the original private key from the new wallet of centralized model? Yes you can, just contact support@lykke.com and they will send you the tool to extract it (similar to using BIP39 with hardware wallets). It's only available per request now, it was publicly available online but was taken down due to security reasons during Bitcoin Cash fork. Update: Sorry, this is meant for private wallets only. Trading wallets will behave exactly like other exchanges, you don't get access to the private keys as more than +90% of the funds are held in cold storage.

Hello. I'm sorry to be that guy that creates an account and his first post is a complaint but I need help.
It's been almost 8 days since I bought $900 in ETH on Lykke. I've used lykke since june and this is the first time this happens. However, the 'support' I've received has been zero. 2 or 3 days after placing a ticket, I got a response indicating 'the team is working on a solution', yet nothing happens.
Tried calling them but no one "was available".
I need an answer here, why are you stopping me from getting my own money? I don't get it.
The order went through. You got my USD. I can't withdraw.and by the way, it's lost 100 USD in value since then.
Please help me out with this.

Please DM your ticket number and I'll inquiry about the status, there are some issues with ETH settlement/smart contract functionality, most have been solved by now but until Ethereum implementation moves to the centralized model I'm afraid some isolated issues could happen from time to time.

Lykke should find better way to run side chain more flawlessly. Network status of Bitcoin Cash is far better than Bitcoin.
