Yes, they do exist.  There are several hundred HashFast chips in the world.

TSMC just finished their metalization, which is step 33 of 147 and the part that takes the longest.

HashFast will get the chips on the week of October 20th.
That doesn't count as exists, sorry. But great news, thank you.
It's just that investors don't want to wait for November to upgrade the mine. We have hopes of hitting 200TH before that.

That's fine.  I'm just saying there are good higher-density options available if space becomes our constraint.

They are not available, they will be available in the future. That is not to speak about lie/fail possibility.

Why would they upgrade to faster chips?  The business plan is pretty clear on this being a one shot effort.  The change to 200TH was surprising enough...

Unfortunately, in dividend terms, 130 TH in "another couple of weeks" isn't worth nearly as much as an extra 50 Th, right now, today.

At the rate things (difficulty increases) are going, 200TH isn't even going to cover electrical costs by the end of Q1 2014 (which is rapidly approaching.)

Overclocking bitfury equipment has a proven yield of +20 - 50% in terms of hashing power. So there could be more to the 200Th endgame than currently precieved.

I don't think physical space is the problem. It's the power draw...and bitfury and hashfast are comparable.

new solo mining address: https://blockchain.info/address/12grZHgemTNU9nRQqT2cU4rzoeXE7t61au

still no coinbase identifier though. Dave, are you guys using eloipool? I think it's just a matter of settting CoinbasePrefix in merklemaker.py.
This address generated 251 BTC, paid 100 BTC to mine and holds 150 BTC, why it holds ?

With self-mined coins, you have to wait for 100 confirmations for the coins to mature, so you can't move the coins right away. However, there are some coins that have matured but have not moved to the dividend address. Maybe it's a manual process right now.

....
Maybe it's a manual process right now.

Looks like it, becuse all coins matured from that address.
There's also two solved blocks from old address but still not 100 confirmations.
Either way there's very strange things going arround. 6% network posession and not single block income in MANY hours...

Under development Modular UPGRADEABLE Miner (MUM). Looking for investors.
Changing one PCB with screwdriver and you have brand new miner in hand... Plug&Play, scalable from one module to thousands.

there have been a couple of blocks mined directly to 19t7RxwXdfiwQMyQ3JVB16e9HgV7omijSs recently, so maybe they are switching back.

That's not surprising.  Even BTCGuild - over 400 Th/s - can go 6 hours or longer without finding a block sometimes.  Slush is larger than 100TH, and they go 14 hours without a block once or twice per week, and have blocks that take over 7 hours to find almost daily...

They have been overclocking as they deploy. They are not going to deploy 200th worth of equipment then overclock after. It's cheaper for them to meet the goal this way.

Not true (we are not overclocking as we deploy)

Ok, 150BTC came thru, but 2 newly generated blocks with more than 100 confirmations didn't. Some issues still exist with that wallet, or with Pico.

Funny thing, isn't?
When mine was not operational and even there wasn't working chips, then prices of share were increasing. Now when mine starts to operate and increasing dividends, poeople panicly selling.
