If you were rich, would you still gamble?

A lot of people here gamble to become rich, but some do it for fun.

The question is, if you wake up tomorrow with 50 million dollars, would you still gamble for fun, or would you forget about gambling and do other stuff? Personally I think I would still gamble. I do it now, and I know I realistically will never get rich off gambling, because I barely do it and I don't risk much money, just for fun sometimes, to test my luck.
So if I had a lot of money, I would do bigger gambles, but they would still enter in the "for fun" amount (for the new 50 million standard). For example, gambling 1K a month would be irrelevant, and winning with a 1K bet can give you big rewards if you are lucky. It would still be fun, in fact more fun, and it would be as non risky as it is now, in terms of going financially bankrupt.

If i wake up with 50 million dollars i would build up a business for gambling so that i would be rich! rich! rich! if you call it fun i call it profitable a business is the one you would never regret.

Rich do gamble not for the money but for the fun and you are right it is better to gamble with your friends and by saying it that would mean that you gamble in physical casinos like Vegas where the rich goes to have more fun, they don't only gamble but also drink with girls.

There's a lot of rich people who gamble....They're just smart enough not to make it a habit.  If they let it become a habit, then they probably wouldn't be rich anymore.  Gambling is form of entertainment for the rich....they have fun going to the shows, visiting clubs, and hanging out with hookers in sweets.  It's much fun.

You are right much of the rich people gamble only for entertainment and they don't care for the lose they make with their money, but I have saw some people who joined gamble for fun and entertainment and in that way they lose all of their wealth and face the life of poverty.

You are right much of the rich people gamble only for entertainment and they don't care for the lose they make with their money, but I have saw some people who joined gamble for fun and entertainment and in that way they lose all of their wealth and face the life of poverty.

If a rich person want to make more money, he can simply invest his money on something that safer and more reliable than gambling. Yeah sometimes that case could be happened, but it mostly because of his son or someone from his family whom too lazy to work so they find the gambling as a shortcut for doubling their money.

You can put huge money on their investment to get a good profit although sometimes you will lose it but you know that in the end house always win so you will get your profit for sure. Thats why you need huge amount to get huge return too. If you only have some balancr its better to gambling rather than put investment on gambling site
