Then they're down now because of the WaveCrest meltdown... Wanted to try Neteller but then stumbled on Trustpilot reviews... I wouldn't dare to try it....

Coinsbank had Wavecrest cards afaik. Mistertango could be interesting if I'd have many Bitcoin to spend. AdvCash has a fair number of complaints and scam accusations, I could use advice from some more people actually using it. The business is pretty old... Uquid has too many scam accusations lately so I'll avoid. Revolut doesn't state clearly if crypto top up is possible; also needs more reviews. Monaco has a waiting list, not a working card. .... someone with more time than me should make a better and growing list.

As far as I know they only accept BTC. Official conversion fee mentioned on their website is low I guess it was something like 1-3% but in reality when you try to load the card for me it was around 100EUR for 1000EUR (converted from BTC) which is kinda high

The Wavecrest cards was kinda low. Bitwala 1.5% or so to their wavecrest card, and Xapo, I think was about 4% on their system that deducted directly from BTC balance.

This can be a good option https://centra.tech/centra-card/Although you have 2 levels KYC for card limits and minimum holding 50ctr tokens. I didn't tried yet but I will have a test.Don't know if anyone here try it if so could give a review Ps. I found this one that can be loaded with bitcoin https://www.advcash.com/en/solutions/.I create an account and made a simulation it charges you around %8 if you wanna recieve $100 you have to send $108 more or less

What is the best debit card provider nowadays since the original post is from 2016?
I would also add TenX to the list although I cannot review it yet as I'm still waiting until it arrives but from what I heard from other people it works just fine.

Hey guys.... which debit card do you recommend for latin america users?, I used to use advcash but the card will be no longer valid since january 10th. Thanks
OMG really? Also ADVcash Mastercard will be shut down? Where did you read this? Important Information About our Card Program This is a news update concerning plastic and virtual Advanced Cash cards issued to users in countries outside the EEA/SEPA area. If your verified profile address is in a country in the EEA/SEPA area, this information does not concern you. You can ignore it.
According to the requirements of our card vendor, we sent out an email notification to all users outside the EEA/SEPA area who have prepaid Advanced Cash cards. This notification explains the scenario when prepaid cards issued to these users will be closed after January 10th, 2018 . It's from their fb page: https://www.facebook.com/Advcash/posts/1402735336522442So they would close down probably everything outside the EU. But if you read their thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1011381.0It has so many red flags I would never trust them. And anther problem is this: 01/15/2015 Now you can have your plastic Advanced Cash card delivered to an address that is different from the primary address in your account. Also, you do not need to verify your delivery address.
If they really plan on doing this no VISA/Mastercard partner will work with them.

I use the card since 10 days ago, loaded 2 times with a few hundreds of euros and works, I don't like the immediate fiat conversion of all funds. But exchange rates look slightly better than wirex rates

Talking about WaveCrest fiasco, this could be huge:
Greetings all,
The vision for TokenCard has always been to marry the power of the Ethereum network with the global reach of the payments networks. This coupling unleashes onto the world a product of unparalleled financial access and control: from the (newly?) wealthy to those looking to regain control of their own finances, and by extent lives, the TokenCard is the epitome, the holy grail, of payment platforms.
This vision has always been a global one. To that end we have been on the lookout for an issuer that can provide us with the flexibility we need to complete this vision. In 2015, at the time of us first engaging our original issuing partner, WaveCrest, they had been able to help us fulfil this goal: through passive issuance we would be able to send cards to a near global market.
Over time WaveCrest’s situation evolved causing them to lose their ability to do global passive issuance; cards would only be sent within the EU. This however wouldn’t suffice for us, and we expedited our plans to work with larger and more sophisticated issuers with global reach.
Now, WaveCrest has been forced to indefinitely suspended all card activities, spelling the end of an era for them.
Today, with great excitement, we want to announce that we’ve been working in stealth on a new partnership with a prominent and large issuer. With our new partner we will have the ability to deploy cards globally. YES, that includes the US. China however is out with this one (but worry not 😉).
Alas, we had not intended to reveal our strategic launch plans this soon. We had wanted to announce the global rollout of TokenCard on the day we actually would be able to start shipping en masse.. for effect.
In short, the negatives:
Before we can launch we will need to complete API integration with the new issuer A significant amount of time has been put into WaveCrest Potential for panicky community Positives:
API integration will be quicker thanks to lessons learnt and back end already being completely in place Issuers are somewhat drag-and-droppable, little modification to the entire codebase is needed to get things working The entire early mover advantage any competition had (Xapo, Wirex, Tenx) has been wiped away as their cards stopped working this morning. It has become a complete green field market, the clock has been reset and things are going to get juicy. The market is ours for the taking WaveCrest is a large single point of failure since the bulk of crypto projects are with them. Moving away from this concentration decrease our risks accordingly. Additional issuers might be put in place in paralel. We will be able to ship cards globally! This includes major markets such as the US and South Korea. More sophisticated fulfilment and card material options. NFC, contactless! Will be available from day 1! This is a big deal here in the UK, but also in Korea, Canada and Australia. We are working fast to seize the moment. Stay tuned.
More details on country restrictions will follow.
To the team at WaveCrest I want to thank them for all their work. The team there is filled with stars who have simply found themselves in an unfortunate situation. Our engagement with WaveCrest stretches far back and our card product only just missed public deployment with them. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed working with their excellent team.
We wish you guys all the best. Truly.
Best,
Mel Gelderman and the Token team.
TL;DR The Token team was well prepared and has in stealth been working on a much larger partnership to bring the TokenCard to a global audience.

Sorry but which exactly card are you referring to? Advcash The fact that it works for you it's good to hear. At least somebody can give info from the user point of view. Is there any way to avoid that 10$-ish "gateway" fee when filling the balance from Bitcoin? Do they accept any altcoins? Is it a proper Mastercard/Visa, did you use it at more than one merchant? Thanks.
