Bitcoin has a very big potential to make it bigger in the future and yes there is a possibility that it will be used by most of the people in 2022. By that time bitcoin will be more acceptable not just online but also in any physical store. Its so nice to imagine that bitcoin is not just for earning money but we can already use it anywhere.
So true! More and more people are getting involved into bitcoin especially at the present moment because of the increasing price. Everyone is looking forward to high profits and easy future. The world is becoming technology oriented totally and digital currencies are the future of money. By 2022, I am damn sure that everyone will be into bitcoin because now a days bitcoin is lighting fire. |

It is said that bitcoin will destroy the fiat system but i believe that if this happens the world will change completly because banks and a lot of things will go out of market.
As long as no major glitch or malfunction will happen on the system Bitcoin will be accepted by most people. Many factors are affecting the fast publicity of cryptocurrency. Even those scammy ICOs are also contributing on telling other people that there is this type of currency that is digital. If more and more ICOs for altcoin will be promoted this coming months the I can say 2022 is too long , I think by 2020 most people will use this. Remeber the growth is always exponential plus those ICO, good or bad publicity is still publicity. Thousand of tweets and shares about it everyday imagine the potential of the growth. |

There's thousands of participants for each bounty campaign in this forum. Just imagine how much publicity that is. A regular person on Facebook can do facebook campaign in here and so his/her friends will be thinking about what he/she is advertising and why is he/she advertising it. Even with all the scams going on, it's still a good start for people to find out about bitcoin. Remember that we don't really need to have a 100% good feedback to become successful or known. People only have to take a look at cryptocurrencies and once it has caught their attention, they will do their research, learn that bitcoin is actually not so bad, and probably end up using it. 2022 is still such a long time and a lot of things can still happen. None of us knows what would happen, but one thing is for sure. Cryptocurrencies are starting to get some spotlight and so bitcoin will grow. Maybe it will not be used by "everyone" in 2022, or maybe it will never be used by everyone any time at all. But still, growth is growth and we need that especially for something like bitcoin where the hype helps us make money from the price increase. |

I think bitcoin in 2022 is the most valuable coins of all time, because the potential of this coin is very very high, it is almost reach the highest value, i think in year 2022 the value of bitcoin is about $10k, and i think more people knows about this,
The growth of the bitcoin as you mentioned here no doubt shows that it will prevail in the world soon but in the next 5 years may be it is not possible. I think it will take some more time for all the people of the world to accept and use bitcoin. And for this purpose the awareness among the societies is mandatory. Otherwise it is not possible for bitcoin to overcome all the paper currencies in just five years. There is lot of uncertainty and instability in the price and it cause many people to avoid themselves from entering into the world of bitcoin. I realize it will take more time to prevail all over the world. I realize it will not be possible that all the people will use bitcoin till 2022, because many of the people still do not even know the word bitcoin. First all the people should need awareness. It is just the end of 2017 and still there are only 1% of the people who actually know about bitcoin. It is not at all possible to aware the remaining 99% of the population of the entire world in such less time. It is very much possible that the traffic of the people who will be using bitcoin by 2022 will be greatly increased but even then there will be so many who will not be knowing about bitcoin. |

That is possible to happen in the future because the crypto currencies progress is getting stronger and it is spreading worldwide. But of course for sure every government of every country would still protect the fiat system to be regulated. |

f this happens the banks will be destroyed first of all they wont let us to do so and the government they will allow bitcoin to be used as dollar, if everyone used bitcoin in 2022 thats the end of bitcoin. Because all banks they protest about bitcoin to be banned permanently. So we protect the standard of bitcoin. If we want to be stable on bitcoin. |

Its impossible, fiats are merely indestructible for almost millenium. It could possibly online for online transactions and gambling. When I went to L.A these Bitcoins are popular to them bars and clubs are useful to this.

I think that it will already be used by everyone in 2020. In 2 years a lot can happen. Because bitcoin is only growing and growing. More people are starting to use bitcoin. And when the world will see what is happening with bitcoin, everyone will buy it.
In just this year alone, a lot has happened. Within the next few years a whole lot more is definitely going to happen. As most countries start adopting it so as not to miss out, so many countries will start seeing it as a way to even develop and enrich their economy as time goes on. All this balls down to one thing, huge growth for bitcoin and that is why we should be optimistic. |

if i ask you i'm ok with that kind of thing but that's a lot like that so it's a bad thing to do that many do not know about bitcoin so it's too late because you've got so many people in the world so little who knows what really is bitcoin so maybe it's a big adjustment for people in case it's implemented and there's a lot to regret for the ones they're buying now and then differently ,,,,,

Many possibilities are yet to come for the coming 5 years. We really can never tell if everyone will be using bitcoin by then but one thing is for sure, bitcoin will be known to many considering the fast campaign in social media and many other websites.Many are already interested in joining due to the tempting and enticing bitcoin exchange that really help to those people who are looking for extra income.If there will be no legal issues that will arise along the way the possibility is quite high. |

better to stay with the prediction of satoshi, so i would postpone it to 2028, 5-6 years are probably not enough for a great adoption, 10 years is a better time frame for it
I agree with you. Not every people can easily adapt it for few years only and especially those who are in the third world country. And not everyone can afford the electric bill due to paying attention online. So, better wait and not expect so much |

I don't think so. Not all countries are in the mood of using or legalizing bitcoin in their country. As we know, China has banned bitcoin in their countries because they also have their own point of view about the effects of bitcoin might bring into their economy.

Will BTC be used by almost everyone in 2022?
Nope. I know very few "Millennials" who use it, yet they are the most connected people around. There is no way that my Boomer generation will adopt BTC as is, it's just too complicated and clumsy. "Not ready for primetime."
There are not enough merchants who accept it. In my eyes, this is perhaps the major stumbling block.
There is ALWAYS the possibility of unknown types of future attacks (of various sorts) against the Bitcoin Ecosystem.
BTC is too volatile for mass use.
While I wish BTC well (and have a nice little stake), I think it will move slowly.
The same as my thought. I think in 2020 the number of bitcoin user will double but not to the point that everyone will use it. Aside from that not all country allow bitcoin to enter their system because they know that it came to a lot of changes. And I think the economy is nit ready yet. |

Calculate 10 years (2018-1008) for ~5% adoption, roughly.
We are in the very early stages.
Let's say another 10 years in order to reach ~25% adoption, and then things will accelerate.
I see only bright things for BTC.

2022 is too early.Though bitcoin is getting popular day by day and many people are enrolling themselves in bitcoin,still it is impossible that bitcoin will be used by almost everyone till 2022.There is still alot of population that has not even heard about bitcoin.Bitcoin is also not legalised in many nations as it is not controlled or operated by a central bank or an institution.It is also difficult to make someone understand about bitcoin and requires efforts. |

We can't really tell that the people in this world will be using bitcoin in 2022 because that is not possible to happen since bitcoin is not that too popular and a lot of people are still not aware about bitcoin and that is what we should work in order to have a comfortable thinking that bitcoin will get used in the future by almost everyone.
