Here's another non-payment trend I've noticed.
Even well after each leg of a parlay has been scored as a win, the bet has not paid out.  As I'm writing this, for example, the bet:
http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/811a7

has 3 legs that have been scored as wins for >24, >24 and at least 6 hours, respectively.  This pretty clearly shows that all parlay bets are being paid out manually.  Bit365, in the interest of transparency, could you please clarify to your customers if I am correct that, at present, ALL bets are being paid out manually?

If that's true, I can certainly understand why there's a huge backlog.

P.S. Please respond to BTCBlade before bothering to respond to my question.  His complaint gets to the core concerns shared by all of your customers--your book's liquidity.  If you have no many to pay out winning bets, then automation isn't much of a concern!

Edit: The referenced bet paid out ~5 minutes after I posted this.  More importantly, Bit365 answered my question just as quickly.  Thanks for your prompt attention to both.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

BTCBlade, it should now be properly fixed and sent.

Crypto, yes we are paying out bets manually at this time.

Hey bit365,

I'm also still waiting for my investment cashout which I requested over a week ago - http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/inv/9306a
I've made several investments on your site and cashouts were always fairly quick. Now this slow cashouts are making me wary of investing again. Please take a look.

Thanks

Hi bit365,

Posting here to remind that it's now 2 weeks since I closed http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/inv/6bc71 and it hasn't been processed yet.

Please consider closing down site while you fix these issues. If you have an issue that is so serious that it takes over a week to fix, it's probably not a good idea to generate more backlog while you are still debugging.

Hello, I have a question.

I can still see the boxing page at: http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/sportsbook/boxing

But the link to the page was removed from the menu.

Is it still valid & can bets still be placed on those events?

I have an issue with a bet I made Saturday.  It was the over 64 on the Oregon Utah game.

http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/3dfc0

The game ended at 65 points.  44-21.  The bet shows as a "Loss" in the upper right hand corner.

I should have won.
