HELLO I want to withdraw from livecoin but it is asking me for a pin... I don't have 2fa enabled, I only received a code to my email but on top of that it is asking for a pin!!! can someone tell me where can I find this pin?

Anyone knows how long it takes for a failed pending transaction to be rectified on LiveCoin?

Have contacted support and they said it's a manual process, but can't give an ETA on when the coins will be available back in my wallet again?

I think I'd never set up any pin code to my livecoin account. And now I my withdrawal is locked because I try to withdraw and can't remember the pin code. I really think I never created a single pin code to login in livecoin. How can lost it if I have created it self? It's only 4 digits that easy to remember.

And the more bad thing come

Damn, I cannot remember I made a 4 digit PIN too. I got some Litecoins and Polybius tokens there which I will hold for long term. That recovery option is too expensive IMO.

I am a client of livecoin.net since a couple of weeks. Since Tuesday this week i have no more access to my livecoin account because of IP Blocking. My router got a new public IP address, because on Monday the router had switched off for a short time. The new IP address is not registered with Livecoin yet. So access to my livecoin account was rejected. On Tuesday morning, I wrote an email to help@livecoin.net. I have no answer so far. I don't know if I can still get an answer... Below the text of my email to Livecoin. Can you help, please? Thanks a lot for advance.

"Hello. I am a customer of this e-mail address at Livecoin. My account is blocked by Livecoin because of my IP that  changed this night. My internet provider changes the IP address regularly for security reasons. I have money and BTC on Livecoin and need access again today.
