Why is there no option for READ ONLY api?

If the funds are withdrawn with the use of API, it is only possible to check if the request has been successfully fulfilled. Hi i am trying to withdraw BCH using the API.
I am able to buy and sell with the API successfully, so i know my code works.
However withdrawals dont work.

I get this message:

I tested the withdraw with 0.02140968 BCH, which is more then enough to cover the fees and min withdrawal limits.

I did however add a google Google 2-FA recently, does that disable API withdrawal? I need a solution to this please.
