Can Bitcoin be used for Good?

bitcoin is a currency, and like any other currency can be used for anything.... good or bad. its up to the user.

ya like money , it is neutral and depends from who use it , just confused why some people blame the currency and not the user if currency being used for bad thing

But we need to manage our bitcoin well use it only for good things and do not used it for some illegal transaction (bad things), bitcoin is design to help some people who need some extra income and it also give wealth to some who are earning a lot in terms of bitcoin.

Yep you're right bitcoin is design to help people on transaction so that we have a fast and efficient transaction online without any fees . But because of the faster and sometimes anonymous transaction it is used in illegal things because it is easy to play and sometimes untracesable. But overall bitcoin is just for the good transactions and not meant to illegal things.

obvisouly, its a form of currency like any other currency which can be used for any other purpose like any other currency as well... Bitcoin is not designed to be good nor bad. Bitcoin is only influenced to either be good or bad because of those who use them. Anyone can do whatever they want with bitcoin and bitcoin does not care about it.

What it only cares is that the transaction is recorded in the network which is even not available in any currencies. This way bitcoin supports and emphasize people to be good as they might be watched unlike any other system.

It really depends that on what type of goods we are talking about because bitcoin can be implemented on both the legal and illigal goods its jist a kind of money and we use it so.but i would like to use it more like my personal currency except anyting else

If I remember well, SilkRoad was the first "merchant" using Bitcoin as payment tool. It had also a billion $ in revenue. And all this back in the days when the price was much lower than the price right now. I don't see this as a bad thing at all. This just shows that marketplaces as Ebay, Amazon, etc, would do amazingly well when accepting Bitcoin. But then again, there will always be people complaining about customer protection and stuff.

Maybe, i think everyone knows if every thing are having 2 possibilities about that, it's can using for a good act and bad act but good or not is relied upon with the intentions of users, because like bitcoin it's just a tool for the human.

Yes, it can. Bitcoin can be used for good like buy or sell something using bitcoin as the payment. Many people use bitcoin too, so you can use bitcoin for transaction too.

Why just using bitcoins for good things and why not using other currencies as well?
If we all share our wealth to those in need no one would be poor.

I do not use bitcoin for anyting bad. I use it to buy computers and graphics cards to do some mining.

That's a better idea where you earn bitcoin for good activitie's and for some goal;s you're dreaming , we have the same goal here i already bought a computer set where i can now use for my daily activities like searching something important from internet then i am going to search it and i use it now for signature campaign to earn more bitcoins

We can use bitcoin to buy something like foods, clothes etc. But, unfortunately, I am still unable to do so in my area since there is no merchant that accept bitcoin as an altenative payment yet. Nowadays, I have to convert it to my local currency first before I can use it to buy some stuffs!

You are right but some want to put the blame on bitcoin to make clean of their own money. That is just the government doing it controlling the media for us to be discouraged in investing with this great currency.

It might be possible that government or some government are plotting sinister campaign to abolish bitcoin, but some government are supportive of it too.  they even have proposal to further develop this technology.  Anyway the best thing for cryptocurrency is you can send it to any charity asking for donation.  So yes it can be use for good deeds.

nowadays we can see 90% bitcoin users are scamers.  90% sites, companies and individual are here just to cheat peoples to get their bitcoins. only 10%(may be less) use bitcoin for goods. and thanks to them just because of these legit users bitcoin is alive yet..

If we can buy a goods directly with bitcoin it will make easy fpr bitcoin user. But as you say the problem is not every merchant accept bitcoin as alternative payment. Why if we (all of user of bitcoin) have a lots of money make it as capital to build a store which accept bitcoin in our local area. I means we will be a pioneer and try to make bitcoin more popular in our country.

Yeah, indeed it is the desire of all people using bitcoin. Because they also want to get better profits from investment gains, as can do any transaction using bitcoin. Yeah, that's a pretty good way. But I think that we also need to do some research about Addres/purses worn so as not to be exposed to hacker attacks and should tighten security website

Bitcoin is used much more for good things than for illegal things. Most people certainly use it because it is easy to send, receive and for purchases at online stores. And many people forget that the currency most used for illegal purposes is the Fiat currency.
