Download  cpu miner here: http://1.curecoinmirror.com/cpuminer-hmq1725.zip
Register on esp.supernova.cc  and then create your workers
Create a  run.bat within the  folder where you have extracted the  cpu miner.
A sample content of the run.bat , thread value indicates how many cores/thread your going to use

cpuminer -a quark -o stratum+tcp://esp.suprnova.cc:3451 -u username.workername -p password --threads 2

Enjoy mining.

You will just need 1 worker for that, unless you have a lot of PCs that you can use and making 1 worker for each is a convenience for easy monitoring of your workers, on the pool website , click the edit account tab and add there your ESP address, you can either then manually extract your coins to your desktop wallet or you can configure it automatically.

I am currently mining at only 17 Hash rate

Also, will my hash rate increase if I leave it on all day? Currently it is moving up from 17 to 21 Hash rate.

There is no sense on making another batch file to run with another workername unless you will run it on another PC , if you want to increase the hashrate then try to increase the number of threads, you can try doing 4 or more than that and observe the outcome.

They are using multiple PCs or servers that run simultaneously , I do not know for an i7 but you can try by maximizing the number of threads for your cpu miner and observe.

Yep and the perfect way to stifle a coin having it stuck at only 1 satoshi  , I honestly wish people would learn to trade , you will put it at 1 sat and then a heap of others will and just kill its growth !!
