Yes I saw that, but many dumpers are willing to sell them at lower price, and it's important to throw them out, avoiding a future high sell wall (just my opinion of course)

With the current difficulty 23K isnt bad however you can expect to wait for a while before you see a block.  i believe our nodes have close to 260 connections constantly. at least 200 people are mining this at any given time. it is hard to say when you will get a block. i would say in about 10 hours or so.
