I have bitcoins and earnings from services to clients. The earnings i received from clients are the ones I used to pay fo my bills, buy food for the table, tithe, investing, and other necessary things in life; however, I use bitcoins only for trading altcoins and as bankroll for my sports betting games. I also use some portion of my bitcoins to invest in online casino as well as holding some for decades to come.

Using bitcoin for investment and trading with other altcoins for me is the best use of bitcoins because that way you are really growing your bitcoins and not using any of it to things that fiat money can be use. Fiat money is unlimited in production while bitcoin has its limitation of terms of its maximum number in the market. We should treat bitcoin as a scarce resource/asset and make it grow.

Agree. It depends on the investor who invest their money into bitcoin. That will be added to bitcoin. It really depends on that. Best use of bitcoin is really in trading so that you can earn a lot from your investted bitcoin but if you dont know trading then you will loose.

Me, I see it both because I do invest and spend my bitcoins at the same time. As a gambler, I called my activity as spending because most of the time I lose but I do not spend all my bitcoins as I do make reserves for the future which is my investment.

I am using it as an investment at a moment as the place where I live is not that tech developed and people are not aware about it so it makes difficult for me to use it as a currency.

Indeed I also use it as an investment cause anyways it's near impossible to use it as a currency at this moment, not many places are accepting this so it's hard to buy anything with it.

I hope I will be seeing more items that will be available in the internet that can be paid through bitcoin so that we can spread all the bitcoins that are too much kept in some wallets. If items are in the interest of many then it will be easy for them to spend it.

Bitcoin is actually here to serve as a anonymous currency which you have full power of and which is safe but I use it as an investment too cause it's too good to skip on.

Actually bitcoin is not really anonymous at all . I do agree that it is safe to use and very fast effecient in using it in sending or receiving bitcoin.

I use bitcoin as an investment. Bitcoins price is still changing and bitcoin hasn't reached what it's supposed to be yet so to spend it is counterproductive if you ask me. I might spend it sometimes but only very small amounts.

Same here, but i'm actually using it for both, i earn them and invest them in altcoins and when i need money i cash some of them out and spend on myself, on the other side i use them online too for recharging my mobile most of the times, so basically im using it for both purposes.

the problem why people did not use bitcoin as currency are there few market available ,
not as much as paypal available on almost any market ,
bitcoin still hard to find their existence ,
but for investment people don't need to find anything , they just need to exchange the fiat to bitcoin and done.

I think that is the reason why many people do not like or are reluctant to use bitcoin for shopping, since the lack of facilities for shopping using bitcoin.
so they prefer to invest rather than using bitcoin for shopping or as currency

It's heresy I know,  but I think bitcoin sucks as a currency.   I keep it as an investment and that's it.  Everything I need to buy,  I can get easier with fiat.  No sense spending bitcoin.

I agree with you. The bitcoin is a good currency. But the main problem with the bitcoin is that it is too volatile.

Seriously ?? how your problem is volatile ? Well it is a feature of bitcoin and it is not a problem when you use bitcoin then accept the fact that they are upgrading not not stocking on the system that we use too.
