Ok, now let me try to answer and make things clearer. I'm sure there will be people who are complaining, mostly because they didn't win anything in FREE promotions (or sometimes they are just representing other sportsbooks). And there are zero complaints about these major points - we are always paying any amounts, we are always in the live chat to help everyone and we are always looking for any feedback of how to improve experience of our members.

And yes, I can confirm that we CAN'T have "best odds" on all events - there are no sportsbooks in the world who can have best odds on all events, otherwise they will need to close their businesses. We are offering higher than average odds on all events and giving additional value by organizing promotions what gives real-money to real people. Basically I can say (and most of you will agree) that there are no other bitcoin sportsbooks who are doing anything like that for their players. So from my side I will call it "best odds".

Regarding some proves of our fairness:

- Lots of users already wrote here. And we are doing big marketing campaign and getting players not just from btctalk (you can see our advertising on almost all major bitcoin related websites). I can of course ask all winners to register here and ask to prove their winnings, but I'm sure you will complain that they are newbies and can't have a word.
- If it will help, please ask moderators of forum to check IP's (or check user's history of messages) of those users who claimed that they are winning with us. Nobody from these users are somehow connected with us.
- And I already told twice that we are going to implement provably fair into our lotteries, it's just taking time. If we have developers here, they can probably confirm that when you are switching a new product, you have quite a lot of priority tasks. If people have issues with their bets, we need to firstly improve these issues, rather than prove to few persons that our lotteries are fair enough. Once again, if you think like that - choose another betting platform till you will be happy with us.

I won't answer on any other complaints about our raffles from this time. I already tired to answer, while there are still the same questions and I can't add anything new. It is up to you to believe it or not, till provably fair will be switched on.

Some other answers:
1. Regarding first leaderboard - all winners were contacted and from Monday we will organize everything with those who won tickets to semi-finals.
2. Regarding prediction promo on btctalk - all winners will receive their money within next hour (4 BTC in total for 11 users). For those who didn't know, we are sponsors of "official Euro 2016 group" on the forum and giving away 10 BTC for free for forum members. Hopefully there are no scam within free money... The odds are slightly higher.
chance of being the 1st winner : 1/198, 2nd : 1/197 and so on till 26th : 1/173 (not 1/198 for every draw, if I understand correctly. Or can a ticket win more than once?)

I'm not completely sure on if you can be a winner multiple times. Nothing is stated in the terms against or for that ruling. In that case, then there need to be some changes that I can't be bothered to do.

Maybe I'll just run a simple program to do 1/n + 1/n-2 * 0.5 + 1/n-3 * 0.2 + 0.1 * (1/n-4 + 1/n-5 +  1/n-6) + [the 0.05 prizes here]

As an arbitrage better, I find that mBitCasino's sportsbook and nitrogensports consistently have better odds then you on every event. I never really find an arbitage opportunity between the 2 books, so it is possible for you to offer the best odds and still be +EV for the house. You guys just don't do it.

For the France vs Switzerland example, you guys had around @5 for Switzerland to win. The average was ~@5.7. I found that you guys had higher then average odds for 2 selection, and worse odds for 1 selection for Soccer ML.
