Same thing happened to me it seems, I placed a multibet yesterday for 3 match, poland to qualify, wales to qualify and croatia to qualify however it seems the multibet is still unsettled yet and it is marked as pending . Could that be a reason on why Im not getting any tickets? I should have got it because all of those three match was over

but today Approximately one hour before the draw I received a ticket it seems there is little disturbance

Perhaps that is the reason for this, if this is so then some user could be getting double tickets for 26th raffles? well but the rules has been stated that there will be only 1 ticket maximum per player / account so IMO sportsbet should give some compensation for this. Some free bet as the compensation for the euro game would be nice

Mine was that probably or I dont know really does this mean the bets needs to be settled to receive a ticket or that you will receive it even when it is still unsettled however going through their live chat support is useless, I was told that they will comeback to me tomorrow by email , well cant helped it because it is sunday and not everyone is working currently
