Regarding situation with Betsoft games - till further investigation we disabled all games with jackpots from our casino section.

What about the situation with raffles on your website ? When are you planning to make it provably fair or shows us if it was ever provably fair ? Not my thing,you said it yourself ,I'm wondering how long does it take for your developers to make it transparent to public. |

First bet I made, I won 50mbtc. I only bet 25 mbtc!  Just made a bet of 50 mbtc few seconds before the match started that Portugal will win this match. Terrible start for Portugal let's hope they can turn the match.
I did too. I don't believe the game should be classified as a tie. In the end, Portugal won through penalties. I feel this should still counted as a win, as Portugal did win after all. |

Well I also have been in like 7 raffles and never won anything so don't really know how that works lol.
Well they seem to have averaged about 170 players, and paying 26, so you should consider your results slightly below average but not horrible over those 7 raffles and can expect an 85-90% chance to lose the next one. |

Could you add an option "Starting Soon'' like nitrogensports ? For example, like when i click soccer and i click starting soon option, there will be a match that will start soon.
I found it similiar with Upcoming Event just go through live betting but there are many sports so we were disturbed. I agree with adibe Sportbet.io must be add Upcoming Event only for one category sport Like Soccer, Basketball and etc. |

Some people has the luck to win everything while some dont. Its life, learn to accept it as no one can wins forever. I have been participating the raffle since day 1 and I have only won twice , its not much compared to the other but still worth it. Anyway the winners account are all censored so there is no way that you could tell it is actually the same account . |

Also teams CANNOT draw in Euro 2016, one of them must win to advance to semi final, so why there is odds for draw?

Sportsbet.io doesn't use a betting system where if the odds change, your odds do. If you place it at 3.82, it stays 3.82 unless something happened like an error being made, where it would count as won @1. If a 3.82 dropped to 1.1, then something is probably off. You should win by 3.82. The draw option is available because the market "Match Winner" refers to the game itself, not the penalties. If the game ends as a draw after FT/OT, a draw bet is won. The market "To Qualify" refers to who will make it to the next round. |

Ok I got the draw thing.
About odds change, I am watching the "Sampaio Correa MA v Paysandu PA" match, odds were 5.25 for Sampaio just 1 minute ago, and now 5.50. Even writing this post, it already raised to 5.75. So, this made me confused.
