I contacted support agent already and it seems the problem is due to my location/isp. I try with vpn from other country and I can see all the markets. But unfortunately, I can afford to use the free vpn only and I am sure, using free vpn will give me another problem in the future. But at least my previous problem has been solved! Thanks

I noticed yesterday something was up with the site when I was looking at the hockey picks and all had icons of tennis rackets.
That is when I knew the site had problems they need to resolve.
Very strange contract they have with their provider if they can't get their connectivity issues fixed for their customers.
That is just showing not caring actually.

It's working for me I just placed a live bet few mins ago.

The real problem is their lines I waited for like an hour for their pre live lines to get back up but no hope and missed my bet because of this. I contacted support then he gave me a link for a live line on that match that I missed. It's kinda annoying how some lines are down on our end. Also I didn't use vpn when this problem happened.

I don't think the site is having issues. It may be just a thing if you are based in the UK. Accessed the site from US just now and it seems to be working just fine for me right now.
