Sportsbet.io is really good  . I'm gambling with BTC in this website, it's very easy to use and there are a lot of sports to bet with. But i'm not lucky so I lost about 0.1 in here LOL 

But sometime it's hard to find the match I want to bet and there are no football from Mexico

The issue in this case was that the player was not happy about our change in the terms regarding the leaderboards:

5. The number of single bets per event is limited to maximum 3 per user.

This change was made because some players were abusing the terms by making hundreds of bets on the same event to get a lot of leaderboard points, which would not make it fair for the other players.

Therefore we have changed the terms to keep it fair for everyone to participate so that everyone has the same chance to get to the top on the leaderboard and win prizes

Sportsbet.io is all about having an entertainment experience and we want it to be fun for all of you!

Thanks for bringing out this issue on the forum early by your own but as far as i know it was allowed on Sportsbet and nobody warned me about it EVER

Whenever a new condition is added in the terms, it is added for the Future experience not to alter the past.
The point you mentioned about terms was added a long after my bets were settled.

If you change your terms like this to treat the past then I am sure one day you will say "We just added a new term which says winning is not allowed on our sportsbook,
 So ALL your previous bets are invalid and we decided to close your account for violating our terms "

Who the hell in the world changes terms like this, huh ?
If something is missing in the terms then it is your mistake not mine and it is you who have to bear the fault not us
I was not aware and was never told betting in such pattern is not allowed.

I also got an email once from a support agent asking if anything is wrong with my account when they saw me betting in this manner, I clearly replied that placing multiple bets in a single match is allowed so what's wrong with that
Then the reply from the support agent was like this

We just wanted to check that everything was in order.

We hope that you enjoy our Sportsbook, and we will do our best to give you the best sports experience on the net.

I even contacted your support agents to ask if this is allowed, and they also said YES. I also have the chat transcript of those chats which i can show

which means they are launching the event far from well prepared ,
what a shame instead make the terms fair for everyone , it is just hurting people ,

Yeah, thats a bad prize IMO as it is not as expected by all people who participate on the twitter campaign. I'm sure most of them thinks that the prize is an original signs from the NBA players. If they knew that it is just a printed sign then I believe they would not even intersted to participate.
Did they offer something for compensation as the prize is not an original sign?

I can't believe that they sent you that kind of sh*t as a reward for their Twitter competition. Why would they even bother to send that printed photo with printed signatures in the first place? Anyone who has access to a printer could have that in a second. They should stop their competitions if they will just give worthless prizes. Participant of it will just waste their time for nothing.

Regarding the terms issues although based on my opinion, the site's management reserves the right to change the terms of the sites to reflect current happenings but at the same time,  courtesy demands proper notification is given to clients in other to adjust accordingly.

You are right. I do like they added that point to their terms which was causing confusion but one cannot apply the new terms on bets which were settled long before

In regards to the unfortunate Twitter campaign incident, we are already in contact with the distributor and are looking for a solution to the issue. All of our other Twitter campaign winners have received their prizes, including the Grand Prize which were tickets+flights+hotel to El Clasico yesterday.

Actually sportsbet team return the 15btc deposit to excess test but the problem is the site don't pay the 6btc winnings that's why they have existing negative trust. I dont think the trust can be neutral again if they will not release the 6btc

I think not resolved yet but I see this more like fifty fifty chance for a new website. I just want to say the person who claims his 21.5 btc was not paid can seek justice with many places even provided by sportsbet.io or somewhere else and in return we can see who is actually right. I have seen so many greedy people both gambling and running a casino that either could be faulty.

You know I can ask a friend of mine to send me a picture just like that (even smarter I'd screen shot it while live in the match) and claim to be sponsored by the betting site I'm shilling for.In a non-sugar coated way,your pic doesn't prove jack.Who knows if you are part of their team too ?
