I registered on your site about 2 weeks ago. My first deposit was 0.125 btc, then I depozited another 0.073 btc. As a result of the bets I received later, I wanted to withdraw 0.02 btc even though I was only in 0.01 btc profit. but something like the 48-hour rule came out. I waited for 3 days and the problem still continued. Then your live support team told me to email security@sportsbet.io. I sent an e-mail and asked for documents about my personal information. Before I became a member of your site, I said that I can not send documents to the purpose of bitcoin. It was said that there would be no problem by the live support team. Now why is the problem when I want to withdraw 0.02 btc money? I deposited almost 0.20 btc on your site. I have only 0.173 btc money in my account right now. Please give me my money. The amount I have already deposited is almost the same as my current amount. My mails have not been answered for 2 days. I did not deposit money on your site with a credit card. Bitcoin is privacy and that's why I opted for bitcoin. If you do not want me to play on your site, this is your decision. Answer my mail and pay my money. I hope the problem will be solved as soon as possible.      

Edit : In addition, I cannot connect to live support. They banned for 14 days. As you can see, they are steals my money.

It is starting to look like just spam at this point.
After seeing this last case steve replied too (which he didnt even need to since he is not obligated to engage any customer on here) and discussion of customer information regarding emails/contact with other sportsbet.io representative due to a case involving money~bitcoin. That to me should be in private and not put out on a public forum, hence in a thread dedicated to ANNOUNCEMENTS about the site and services they provide.

This is the exact working method of this scam company. As long as you keep losing money and paying out every now and then, no problem.
But if you win money, all kinds of tricks are played out so that they do not pay you out. They usually work with these excuses.
I hope they will finally pay their victims, but I am afraid they will not.

- Double spend nonsense
- Opening multiple accounts
- Logged in from another IP address

Unless of course you lose a lot of money, it doesn't matter if you have multiple accounts. This scam must be stopped.
 In the meantime, work is also being done behind the scenes on the EML procedure of the committee for this company.

For many years, Arsenal after their all time high era always put their fans from high hope to serious dissatisfactions. After some win matches, they lose some games too easily. The club has gradually fallen in quality, from the position as Premier League's championship competitor, they now lose their position in top 4 (means reserved spot in Champions League).

United have to fight to win and they will win I hope. Liverpool I don't know. Maybe they will not start with main and strongest squad to recharge energy for key players and for the resume of Champions League.

What you write has got to be one of the lamest things I have read here in a long time...

No need to apologize when I read it back I can tell you that you probably thought I was saying "If I put money here and win, and only get the main money back I would be still happy about it" and I can tell you that you are wrong, that is not what I am saying, I was saying that sportsbet is claiming that user is a cheater, and in case of cheaters if they put in 100 bucks and win another 100, they do not get 200, they do not even get 100, they get ZERO , they are cheaters and scammers so they get nothing and if they want to they can go to law but since there is proof they would get nothing anyway.

What I was saying that is good with sportsbet is the fact that even a cheater gets his main money back, which is really cool of them to do. Otherwise why would I say a regular gambler getting main money back and no profits would be alright? That would be awful of course.
