I am having doubts about Messi heading to PSG now because he said it’s a possibility, but many club are interested so will City suddenly announce his signing?. Also I doubt their egos will clash because they’re more matured player’s now, and they’ll enjoy playing besides him if he ends up in PSG.

Only rumor but if Messi leaves Barcelona, he does not have many clubs to choose. If he want to play in the Europe, Manchester City and PSG are best for him. However, Manchester City don't really need Messi because they have Grealish and are bargaining with Tottenham about Harry Kane. Kane is a more important target for Manchester City than Messi.

Rumor says PSG closed the deal with Messi but in the press conference, Messi told that he has yet chosen any club.

Regarding Messi, you know what, I think he’ll stay at Barca. They’ll cut some deal after tough negotiations for him to stay. I think there is some legal mumbo jumbo with La Liga chiefs about how much wages are allowed to be paid & the debt Barca are allowed to be in. It’s complicated but I think all parties need to some extent, Messi to stay in La Liga for various reasons.

Maybe I’m just a deluded romanticist & hope he’ll stay at the club he’s been at since he was such a young boy.

Also he said that he somehow wants to overtake Dani ALves who just got his 45th trophy after winning Olympics with Brasil but Messi only has 37 and at least 3 more years in Europe so I think he will overtake Alves until he retires.

It is very old imagination that he will leave barcelona. Actually the leaving could be happen several months ago but that could not be happened as the deal wasn't reach. Now the timeframe of their deal reaches he has no boundaries to leave the Barcelona.

Honestly I do not think that Messi and Neymar and Mbappe would have any problem if you ask me, those are great players who will definitely be doing great together, we are talking about probably the best trio at offense we have seen in recent memory, definitely amazing talents. I agree and Messi said he wants to win another Champions League. PSG is a good club to help him get Champions League but I can not imagine how it will happen and how will Messi feel about it IF the final match is between PSG and Barcelona?

Very sweet. I'll be sure to look at Twitter more often then. I do take a peek at IG every now and then, have to because of work, but don't recall these promos popping at me to see there.

Not so sure if I'd have put down more on the both halves to score though, 1st half could be really edgy, but am hoping for a repeat of last season where everyone just sprang out of the blocks guns blazing.

Basketball is my domain, I have been watching it for well over 20 years, and I still fail many times in a year, maybe I may not be making a profit each year neither, only sometimes. So there is no worry about gambling in basketball, it is widely known and watched more than most other sports, like there are people who gamble on tennis very commonly, but tennis is not viewed nearly enough (usually top games do, but basketball is a whole year long season whereas tennis is different tournaments and only few games gets the most attention) but I get it.

Yeah, I saw that moment. Ramos knows what to do when. When he is on the field his main purpose is to protect the team from the opponent's attack. Mbappe will probably go if Messi arrives. They surely can't afford to have all three of them so something will have to give. Each league is different in how they enforce financial issues though but all European teams are still governed by EUFA rules which they have to abide by. UEFA needs to crack down on things though as if teams can just pay fines for breaching the rules then they'll just keep doing it. They need to be kicked out of the Champions League which is what all top teams are playing for so if there's severe penalties they'll start playing by the rules. The thing is though, clubs will easily always be able to sneakily get around fair play rules as there will be loopholes just like they're is with taxes. Don't be surprised if players are getting given houses and luxury cars and other such things that aren't mentioned in the contracts to sweeten the deal, especially the world class players. I'm sure a lot of them will even get their rents or mortgages paid for or clubs will start buying luxury houses for their star players to stay in for free which will be thrown at them to try entice them to come.
