Champions League is back tonight boys, what are you thinking, PSG vs Man City should be a cracker but of course my full attention will be on Porto vs LFC.

I’m thinking of having an accumulator across 3 or 4 games.

Had some free bets courtesy of Sportsbet so I already placed my multi tickets. All on 5 games per ticket so I get that extra odds boost.
From Champions League I am on Inter and City wins plus both to score Liverpool and Dortmund games. Then I added some tennis and DOTA for good measure and made few combinations.

I am watching PSG - City for sure, nothing else can come close to the game which could be final match in competition and not just group stage clash. I am thinking City should be much closer to victory tonight. PSG not looking great plus they have some injury problems.

It was not a mistake to bet on them, and they had many more chances but just did not convert.

Yes, it`s true. But i really think that to bet in such cup games is mistake. I mean that we don`t know surely couch plans. For example - the previous season United tried to win all cups and now they start with full rotation players. And WHU is rather good team with several good players. In such situation we can say smth correct only 1 hour before the game, after starting lineup announced.

Speaking of cup games we have some coming up in the next few days, but of course this is the cup everybody desires the most or at least, people who already won the local leagues want to also call themselves the best in Europe with Champions League.

Despite more importance placed on this UCL, it is also a cup game at the end of the day,,, and that means a lot of surprises.

Surely! These cups really differ local league cups and they often means more then championship. There are several games there one of the teams have to win, such as MU-Villarreal. But even in such games we can`t say who will be the winner. I`d prefer to bet local league matches, they are more predictable.

I mean UCL is seen as the biggest cup there is for any club. I know that it is not fair for the teams since you at least get a cup or ranked somewhere in the league if you do not get it, in UCL you either win or lose and nobody remembers the people who were on the finals, let alone get eliminated before, but they do remember the second in the leagues.

So UCL is very very important, nothing like FA cup or anything like that, it should be quite important to realize that UCL is what most teams fight for and try to get over their own league. If you asked me if I wanted to win premier league or UCL I would say UCL in a second, do not even have to think about it.

Here is some info for you guys for tomorrow. Chelsea's Kante has been tested positive on the Coronavirus and he will miss the clash against Juventus. Maybe they will discover that other players are infected tomorrow. Mount and Pulisic won't be featuring because of injuries, that's for sure. But Juve also lost Dybala and Morata to injuries during the weekend's Serie A clash.

Very good start from both teams PSG is leading but sadly what a golden chance missed by Silva on rebound from Sterling shot otherwise both teams to score was going to win very quickly.

No luck for you today, but as I said in another topic, we "normal" gamblers did not have a chance today. Will be better tomorrow for sure.

I am not worried for Chelsea, they have very long bench and only player they can't replace easily is Lukaku. Every other position is covered with several players of similar quality and I expect them to do good against Juve. Chelsea is very solid in defense and Juve could have big troubles scoring tomorrow without Dybala and Morata.

Yes, you are right, but there is 1 reason, when UCL can be played with rotation squad. EPL place can bring more money than UCL, that`s why some clubs, that have no chance to win UCL can take maximum efforts to get the highest possible rank EPL. Surely, the big clubs, without money problems doesn`t do it.

For example, at least I was very close yesterday ... until at the 90th minute or so Tiraspol FC scored the second goal (but I was not at a loss and decided to insure myself a little).

Yeah, last night was full or surprises. I even lost my in-game live bet on the Milan - Atl. Madrid match. I put some money on a draw when Milan was up 1:0. The bet was placed a few minutes before their red card. Everything was looking good until minute 96. I guess you know the rest...

I avoid correct score bets completely due to crazy odds and low market liquidity. This is why I tend to focus more on match winner markets due to reasons like decent odds and high liquidities.

But this makes the correct score markets quite good if you are a small better,,, crazy odds means higher than they should be, and the low liquidity should not affect you if you are only a small betting user.

That said I seldom bet correct score but if Sportsbet gives you 20% boost you can take the risk on 3 scores (divide your 1x2 market) and hope 1 hits and still make very good profit if you are confident on your win.

Its hard indeed to predict correct scores but once you've done it and you catch at least 10+ odd, I think it's worth it. I remember playing correct score before but never hit any great wins so I thought ok ...I'm not a good guesser on scores so I will stick to goals and favorites. That is why I'm always ready to participate in rounds where you need to guess the score and maybe even the minute of the goal.

Today I would've choose Juventus Chelsea 1-1 correct score if I would have bet on it.

Those 20% boosts take a 8/10 to 10/1, and I went for the low-goal counts where there weren't expected as I thought strikers got tired and less sharp after a long campaign. I agree and disagree,,, I think on a personal note, it always depends on the team and club. If your club never won your league, no matter what, in your home country nobody sees you seriously. Even if you win Champions League and not the league, people can give you respect, but they will always say it was a bit of luck and the top teams did not play well, which is common that KO competitions give everybody better chance. This was why they changed the old cup format from pure KO to group stage to ensure less chance of small teams progressing.

If you ask all Spurs players especially English, I think you will be surprised,,, most will say they want to win the title in England more than UCL. Proof that you are better than 19 other teams, over one big season of 38 games, because league tables never lie.

Whereas KO competitions sometimes lie If Spurs won it at the final, were they the best team in Europe? Even as a fan I will laugh to say this
