Guys, someone can explain to me what's the matter? I see that the third goal was scored by the team that I chose, but the bet was counted as losing. For some reason it seemed to me that the calculation of rates is automatic, because otherwise I would like to know what was the matter.

Maybe their system didn't account for the penalty goal. Anyway, just send a message to support regarding the issue i'm sure they'll be able to reverse it within a few minutes.

I rarely experience incorrectly settled bets but they do happen once in a while though.

The bet is settled incorrect. 3rd goal was scored by Vallecano. Contact support and they will fix it for sure

I would say that problems do happen in sportsbet.io time to time, very rarely and like this one but it is such a quick fix around and they help with it so quickly that you don't even hear about it. I had one before with a live bet as well, it was an NBA game and it went to overtime on a last second basket and the game was still going on but they settled the bet like that last basket didn't happen and I still won, it was great and I should have shut up about it lol, but I messaged right away and told it, they said they were aware and reversed and then I ended up losing during OT as well . I know this is exactly the opposite, I was winning wrongfully and ended up losing so it is exact opposite of this situation but I was honest about it and they fixed it and nobody talked about it because these things are very important for them, not to have any complaints at all.

Yeah, that was super. All were actively on chat too during the Chelsea-Juventus match Club Radio session, when they decided to do the drop, but 7 actually didn't claim, so it certainly pays to be active and watching.

Awwww, I didn't know there were some drops, if I knew then I would have been online as well. Do people really spend too much time on the website itself? I mean I "use" it a lot, I keep logging in (well usually already logged in) and then wager on some games, then leave. That is usually what I do, probably spend max 10 minutes, not even that much and then I leave and maybe if there are more games that I want to wager then I come back and wager on them as well and leave again.

I would like to share my crazy parlay which won after the Champions League games.    Thanks to the free bet I won, I made this parlay with it:



Honestly, I was very confident about this parlay but still there was no guarantee for it to win of course. The games that I was having doubts the most were the Premier League ones. Actually, Watford - Manchester United bet should have won easily and that was the case. But I was afraid of the Tottenham - Leeds game. Because if Tottenham scored the first goal, maybe they would try to secure a 1-0 win and prevent it from being over 2.5. But thankfully, Leeds scored first and my bet won easily. Among the Champions League games, I was afraid of the Chelsea - Juventus game a little but confident about the rest of the CL games. And Chelsea literally destroyed Juve by 4-0. And after Inter won by 2-0 and Leipzig won by 5-0, I enjoyed the moment of winning.
