it will be changed to equihash? where can i mine this?
Switch to equihash is on December 6 (but 3 second blocks are friendly to solo mining) So far it is only solo mining using the node software, which you have to compile yourself. Get from https://github.com/steemit/steem. There might be some mining guides upthread or if not then definitely on the previous thread. vow i didnt know that you could mine steemit ,till now i was wondering what a bullshit way to earn some coins is to keep on writing threads and making people view yours ,if you have a tutors regarding the solo mining it would be more than helpful for noobs like me . Yes, you can mine to get a chance to be included as a witness. Unfortunately, this has been dominated by two people for months. I'm not sure a change in the algo is going to change this domination. We'll see. no pools to mine it? |

And i have a quesion also.. Is price of Steem even important on the market? Do you care about the price, or is not import for you devs? Im just checking before buying =)
Because after that rise on price, now looks like steem goes to 20k again..

Although, it is shorter than the prefork average of 1 year. |

WEll steem market its very manipulated  same people (traders ) keep dumping and dumping they %%% on exchanges and rebuyng lower / You dont have to be super pro trader to get it lol Its couse not many people intresting to invest into Steem . And yes it will go below 20k - just wait when powering down its done .. Be smart - dont invest all money to the one crypto currency |

Your prediction didn't last very long for someone who is "sure" about something. steem sits at 00017 a week later and declining. Steem also went cell phone based recently so you will see a sharp decline in content. Its been shown over the years that fly by night and pop up companies suffer when they start asking for real world information. Nobody with a head on their shoulder gives this type of information out to a coin site except for kids and young adults who don't know much about anything, thus the future of steem is headed towards childish publishing, content and commenting. I have yet to find anything positive about this platform besides the run up of the price. |
