I do 360 with
On all 8 cores? O.C?
I'm using stock 4.0 - 4.1 because of temps, 7 cores. Sometime on a good day it hits 312KH/s yes !

on first version of cpu miner I,ve use yes,on 8 core,4ghz I've got 365kh,which is not very efficient for power consumption lol.

Wolf0 if you are not interested to optimize miner, what is the reason for your famous person to post in this thread? Investments, free time for spending or ? I don't want to be rude, just curiosity.  Cheesy

Because I came to the thread and looked over the SGMiner to think about it. Decided not to at this time.

will  you optimize the cpuminer?

I already optimized the cpuminer, doubled the speed.

What is the optimum commandline parameter in the batch for an FX 8350? I'm using cpuminer-amd.exe -t 7 -s 3 .....
Is there anything i'm missing because i'm only getting 300KH/s, is this the optimum speed?

There are no command line parameters to worry about except the number of threads.

300 KH/s seems low for an 8 core @ 4 GHz, I get 575 on my i7-6700K.

Your CPU supports both AES and AVX so if the miner is properly compiled it should use the optimized hasher.

Just to confirm, did you download cpuminer-opt from here?

http://cryptomining-blog.com/7930-windows-binaries-for-the-cpuminer-opt-3-3-5-cpu-miner/

Also what was displayed on start up regarding CPU capabilities and optimization? Post the output
if you can.

Yes, I downloaded it from that source, lol here is what it looks like right now while working... i'm using 7 cores instead of 8

Startup looks good. Wallet synching can slow it down. Wait till that's done then close the wallet. Check your CPU usage
to make sure nothing else is taking time.

Ok, thanks. How much do you think should be the optimal speed for a cpu like this?

Never mind i'm sure you haven't tested an amd cpu since you have an intel, i will see how it performs after the sync on 8 cores.

With 8 cores and little other CPU usage I get 575 kH/s on my i7 6700K @ 4 GHz. I don't know the typical performance
on AMD CPUs. Comparing with other AMD users is probably the best way to make sure your mining at optimum performance.

Yes other users are reporting 300 to 350 kh/s too. I think that is kinda low for an 8 core at 4ghz.
The i7 6700K is a little superior to the fx 8350 but that difference in hashrate is almost double  Shocked
Maybe if we compile the miner on our machine we get better performance?

Nice seeing you here, it's great seeing a legend in our midst. If you ever plan on making an optimized miner or bin I'm sure its going to rock!!!! Grin
If you are going to or when you get to making one please include optimizations for pitcairn cards, they are a dying breed. That's all a humble scrubble is asking for Roll Eyes. You can make it FLY!!!!

no reason to make it anymore, it's not even that profitable, and this without amd in play

right now etheruem is still better than this, unless this skyrocket to 2k satoshi of course....

also for a strange reason i'm getting less than the correct reward for this coin, on all pool, i can't fucking be that unlucky

you talk like its mighty not possible to break that 2k satoshi and get ppl working on miner. did we need to wait 10-15k to get correct miner ? the answer is no.

This coin deserve better miner, its so much cold compare to ETH,and the potential itself of the coin.

I hope wolf will make an AMD optimised miner for X11 evo

thanks in advance wolf Smiley

I'm pretty sure that when better amd miner emerge the temps will rise too.

I always recommend compiling your own. AMD has some quirks, be sure to read the README.md.

each income is 128 coins, seems like a guy mining in a private pool……

Suprnova has 1.3 GH and Zpool has 900 MH. That's pretty much all of it.. there is no private pool

so  ,how to explain that guy's income?  like get one block every time,  but xre doesn't support solo mining
the pool eat coins?

Yes that is strange, he must very very lucky lol  Cheesy, is that the pool ??. When I found a block in the beginning I was getting around 1-5 xre when the net had only a total hash rate of 30MH and even now @ this high nethashrate i'm still getting the same or even 0.2 xre at times. There is not even one that paid the full amount or even got close to it.
