Firstly, since BTCitcoin price isn't completely fixed at certain value, it will be hard to choose certain amounts of BTCitcoin for retiring since it could go either way. When the day comes that I want to quit my real life job, I'll make sure that I don't need anything (physical matters), therefor I could have as little as single BTCitcoin (just as a symbol of knowing a great technology) and yet go ahead and retire.

My aim is to get 1000 bitcoins. After I reach that amount, I will retire and live on those coins.
I think with bitcoin prices are still below $ 500. I think it is not enough for you if you want to live in luxury. you need more bitcoin if you want to live a comfortable and luxurious

Well I haven't set any goals but I certainly wouldn't be averse to making a few millions. I've always wanted to buy a small private island and live there by myself A 2-Acre undeveloped island in the Caribbean would cost me only around $275k but there are some pretty awesome islands out there and I could afford to be picky if I had a few millions

What is my money aim? Well all I need from this life is an own house, a paid-for car and probably enough money to go on vacations abroad every other year and also most importantly not to be cash-strapped so I could buy average things priced reasonably and I wouldn't need to budget my expenses. This may sound like a lot of requirements but in reality I don't want to be rich or anything I just want to live a normal life. Now I don't know where the price of Bitcoin will take us in 2 or 3 decades from now, but if I manage to sell off my stash of coins for say $300k I would be very happy from a financial perspective. I am not planning to retire early as I am content with my day job and I would use that extra money from Bitcoin to fulfill my dreams and achieve things on my bucket list

10,000 BTC. I'm still going to trade though. That would be over 4 million dollar. My aim is 2 million dollar in bitcoin at the time i reach it, and then only hold it and sell only the coins that i need for life after i go to retire. Nah! You have your own goal. How much retire amount is depends on what you needed. For me as long as I can earn bitcoin with my skill and earn from selling goods, I will do it, and for retire I'm not storing big amount 1000 bitcoin is enough for me.

I don't think I can ever have a number in mind that satisfies me. I will do my best to earn more as long as I can and especially when it comes to bitcoin and double especially since we are in the days of cheap bitcoin I try my best to gather more and more bitcoin so that I can have a better amount of money in the future that the price has risen to 10 times more than today.

How many bitcoins you would must have that you can go to retire?
What would be your point, that you would say i go and quite my real life job and i dont trade anymore?
Actually i never want to retire in my hole life when ever i live i will do work, but in saving point of you, i also want to save bitcoin for my retirement life less than 50 bitcoins. for me 50 bitcoins are enough, but i think everyone have their own living style, so may be it is not enough for everyone, or may be it is too much enough for someone. In this time, i have only 10 bitcoins and i know how i can get it more.

My aim is the most I can, but I'd be happy with around 20000-30000 BTC. Impossible, but setting high goals keeps you motivated I'd most likely would not retire if I reached that point (unless I was really old).

No target fixed. Just till the days I feel bitcoin to be worthy than any other currency I keep on adding it for my comfort living. Age doesn't look to be a concern here as its purely digital.

You are never too young to start... The earlier you start the better.. I was 18 years, when I took out my first life insurance policy, and I still have it.. even though it's a piece of crap... I keep paying for it out of sentimental value, but I will get very limited benefits from it. Over the years, I have diversified into a lot of other investments and also physical commodities and assets, but that put me on the path to a good retirement, when I am older. Start you, and you will be fine, when you older.

I'm aiming only a 10000 btc and I would say I can retire with that amount of money I can build a good business to generate income and let my kids enjoy of my free time, I really hoping that I can find the proper ways to earn more btc so I can retire early, good luck to all of us here who's believing that btc would help us to earn more extra money.

For me sky is the limit. Nothing is enough as I am a very money minded man and I have a long way to go before I sleep.
Actually no one can say that if I have 10k BTC then I will retire. because it all depends on the economical situation of your country and also you have to keep track of the inflation. So for me nothing is enough.
I will keep earning more and more till the time I can.

I probably won't retire at any point to be honest, I could hit any price goal I wanted but there is always a better number to look for, and I'd probably end up holding for longer than most people on this forum. Tuck away a few Bitcoins, wait, earn more, watch the price, and probably only cash out when I pass my money on to my children at whatever age.
There isn't any reason to really cash out beforehand, not sure why there would be now. Unless absolutely needed.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip. Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Let say if i have 100 bitcoin, i will be settled if i have 100 bitcoin already. You know, it's free to dream, so I will dream so hard and in the point that i reach 100 bitcoin.

Retirement is a very big decision. If you have enough bitcoins, that swapping them for fiat and investing them in risk free bonds would give you income which is greater than your current income, you can think of retiring.
