Recently our local wallet exchange provider here in PH offers another great services using our bitcoin.
We can now use our bitcoin to purchase goods in Amazon. Good news for those regular clients of Amazon here in PH that uses bitcoin.

As tittle says will amazon accept bitcoins in the future?
Amazon should accept bitcoin in the near future because the number of people that are using bitcoin is keeping increasing, but I'm afraid that why amazon is not implementing bitcoin payment method is because of the block size which most of the time hits the limit of 1mb and imagine when amazoners use bitcoin there will be lots of delays on confirmations. |

Amazon should accept bitcoin in the near future because the number of people that are using bitcoin is keeping increasing, but I'm afraid that why amazon is not implementing bitcoin payment method is because of the block size which most of the time hits the limit of 1mb and imagine when amazoners use bitcoin there will be lots of delays on confirmations. No much demands, no priority on-hand. What is the sense of having more people in bitcoin if most of them are not using Amazon services. |

Not in short time,in next two years amazon might will not accept bitcoin,they have own payment like amazon gift card and paypal,but we all wish that amazon will do it this year,as the biggest marketplace amazon should try to accept bitcoin. |

There is a chance that they will but nothing is sure so its still the question if this is really gonna happen. If the bitcoin gets bigger they will of course without any doubts. If they will it would be very nice if you ask me, I honestly think it will take some time before they will, you are right about the fact that if it will be bigger they will do this, its just a matter of time. |

I doubt about that. I think amazon will not accept bitcoin as payment.. amazon introduced his own payment source and gift card. and promoting that very hardly. and if now they accept bitcoin. their main investment for their own payment source will lost for sure.. this is true that bitcoin user are increasing constantly and bitcoin users willing to pay amazon in bitcoin to buy things. but there are lots of amazon re-Sellers who helping both amazon and the bitcoin users. and because of these re-sellers amazon marketplace is safe. and they can avoid bitcoin demand. |

every big company needs to imrpoof sometimes so i think amazon is going to use the bitcoin paying method after a year maybe earlier i dont know. But if other big companys does amazon needs to.

We all have a big change that also amazon is going to get the bitcoin paying method only because other big companys are also introducing it right now so it will happen off course. But i cant tell you when it will happen.

I like when I see optimistic comments about future of bitcoins. I also think that future of btc is bright, sooner or later everyone will accept payments in bitcoins, not just amazon.
Its just a question of time, if bitcoin rise nice after halving and stay high, that will be huge promotion for btc.

No much demands, no priority on-hand.
What is the sense of having more people in bitcoin if most of them are not using Amazon services.
Be more positive, of course more people will join bitcoin in the near future, especially if amazon will accept bitcoin. Why spending money on fees or on purse.io when we can directly buy from amazon (if they implement it). It is a matter of time when will they implement it and i hope after the increase of the block size because it is not enough now. |

If they are gonna accept this a world would open for a lot of people, this would mean there will be no services needed anymore and it would also be a lot more cheaper.
I honestly it will but it will take some time to work this plan out for Amazon.

Delays in confirmation is something which should be looked into by bitcoin miners and get a way out of it. Amazon is the largest online store and delays in confirmations will not be a good thing for them. Although Amazons gift cards are still available to purchase via bitcoins and shop at Amazon. Coming back to the OP question, Yes, in future Amazon will be accepting the bitcoins. |

i dont think that amazon is going to introduce the bitoin paying method right now because there are allot of companys who work with them does not accept the bitcoin so as they do amazon will also accepts.

It should be perfect if that would be possible and so there will be also more people that is going to accept Bitcoin and see that it is becoming more acceptable so that is nice.
But of course it has to change and you also can even see that the value of Bitcoin is going to be more worth so that is perfect.

Depend on growing of bitcoin and count of users. Because if there are not people use bitcoin Amazon not will accept. Bitcoin is new on the world, needs more time for it until accepted by Amazon. Since Microsoft and Steam have introduce bitcoin payments, Amazon also should accept it soon. Also, they will check if they are earning a profit from those deals else they might use it on trial basis. Yeah your right.. but now i realize just now that amazon is affraid if they accept bitcoin as payment.. because if costumers are not satisfied about bought item or false product you can not getting back your bitcoins.. unlike paypal that you can reverse the payment.. off course also amazon will atleast in a view years accept bitcoins because big companys around them are also accepting bitcoins you kknow so they cant left behind and if other companys accepts them also amazon needs to believe in bitcoins. |
