As tittle says will amazon accept bitcoins in the future?

Depend on growing of bitcoin and count of users. Because if there are not people use bitcoin Amazon not will accept. Bitcoin is new on the world, needs more time for it until accepted by Amazon.

Since Microsoft and Steam have introduce bitcoin payments, Amazon also should accept it soon.
Also, they will check if they are earning a profit from those deals else they might use it on trial basis.

Yeah your right.. but now i realize just now that amazon is affraid if they accept bitcoin as payment.. because if costumers are not satisfied about bought item or false product you can not getting back your bitcoins.. unlike paypal that you can reverse the payment..

This is the reason that I think they won't offer it as an option, there is too much risk on their end as far as scammers are concerned.  It's the same reason eBay won't adopt it either.

i think also amazon needs to think about importing the bitcoin paying method because there are allot of big companys who are introducing the bitcoin so amazon cant leave behind.

Theirs no doubt they will do it but not men maybe their doing proper deep analyzing if they would accept bitcoin as their mode of payments because price of bitcoin is really unstable although we can see for todays high price rally, but surely they will accept it if their competitor would accept it and knowing the big market for bitcoin is spreading everyday.

There will always be a possibility. Knowing that some online sellers such as egifter, gyft, etc. already accepted bitcoin as payment to buy amazon, ebay and other gift cards, it is not impossible that amazon will adopt it too in future, for their customers can use bitcoin directly to their site to pay for their purchase(s).

If the fees of using the bitcoin is lower than the credit cards, I think the Amazon will accept it. But it will take time.

I do not think this will matter its just a matter of time before they will accept it, the bitcoin just needs more users and than they will step into it.

Amazon accepting the bitcoin will be hard in my opinion because they are not accepting a pay method very easy.
Only if the bitcoin gets bigger its possible in the future.

of course that amazon will accept bitcoins,  i heard that ebay won't accept them anytime soon because it is against their rules but i am pretty sure that amazon will

and of course it will accept bitcoins only if there will  be people that will want to buy them, and i don't think that there is enough bitcoins users at this moment for amazon to accept bitcoins

i dont think amazon wanted to accept the bitcoin because they cant do anything with the bitcoin caus other companys dont accept them also so they are waiting till they accept

You see now that Bitcoin has to be more worth and it will be also more acceptable and that would be really nice for people who already have Bitcoin.
So you can use it more and that should be perfect for later and also for the currency itself.

I think the block times will have to be faster for amazon to accept it because as I look at the blockchain it has had 40 minute blocks all max size...this is obviously a big problem. I almost don't want to use it right now because of the long confirmation time and to be safe people usually use 3 confirmations. So that can be like 2 hours on times like that...

but I am pretty sure that one day Amazon will accept bitcoin. want to or not. as we know bitcoin is a technology that is growing very well, so I think a market would be missed if it does not accept bitcoin as a means of payment

Amazon is always innovating so its indeed a way of time before they are gonna introduce it for sure without any doubts.
It will cost some time but it will happen this year.
