Panic selling will be their big loss.

Exactly, panic means poor exchange of value occurs.  People sell at a price forced not balanced by buyers in a normal market.  So long as you believe bitcoin can sustain a normal market long term even medium term then the rapid fall in a price is more easily corrected then a gradual decline for example.

On a chart you would observe rapid selling, panic or forced stop loss dumping of bitcoin by a larger change in price vs actual volume recorded.   Where volume is low on a chart, that price is more easily surpassed then when a great many observed this price exchanged bitcoin and had time to consider a hold or sell.

The more people involved in a certain price point the more significant the price becomes long term.   This basic idea is how its profitable to buy into a lower price that fell rapidly.   Various indicators try to highlight these scenarios.

Indicators I like that include volume in comparison would be OBV and MFI.   Thats On Balance Volume and Money Flow, MF is similar to RSI indicator I believe

It actually depends on the number of available buyers too. When the panic sellers can meet up with buyers demand, it becomes impossible for it to affect price

Bitcoin is a giant and whale game, we will never know how the future of bitcoin, I'm sure that bitcoin prices are too easy to manipulate because of the small marketcap, they easily make the price go up or down as they wish.

It is normal for the price fall down. But it is up to you if you will be panic and sell your coin at low price. If you are smart think it first before doing anything that will cause your big loss. You should know how to handle your coins carefully.

many people who have panicked then sell their coins at a low price, it shows if they are impatient and frightened about unstable market prices, I think it is a risk so be patient in holding is the right decision

It's very obvious that people going to sell everything when price dropping. At my opinion the biggest problems here lies on lack of experience of new people.

In my experience, The panic selling is for not experience here in bitcoin or didn't know the market speculation. For me if the price drop down i will wait because i know that bitcoin price will pump again and for every year that is happening dump once pump twice. If you trust bitcoin you will not do the panic selling.

Not everyone has that much faith in bitcoin though.  Some are shortsighted and those who trade frequently are more likely to panic sell.

Well you're right lot of people still baffled about the income or the outcome of their action , sometimes they're scared facing their risk , and they tend just to panic , sell out their coins all of a sudden. Just be optimistic "bitcoin will increase".

I agree, even if there is a big dump on bitcoin surely they will be a big rise also that will happening. I just want to tell you guys just keep trusting bitcoin.

Of course we are going to be in a problem. People who are smart will prefer to stay and will hold their coins and will only sell if they are satisfied. And for me, the price drop is the best time for traders to buy more and keep them for long run as the price of bitcoin is known to grow in long run.

If you keep in your cryptoperthite some altcoins for long enough, you can see how the price will be equal to zero.
