I believe anything you are addicted to is not easy to get out..now if you are having a difficulties in giving up gambling, then you are addicted.. basically its all about self control and redirecting your self. Do something new, i know its easy to say but its totally hard to give up if your hooked for a long time. But as i said, self control, self discipline and seek a help. As long as you are willing to change then you can do it.

I witnessed a lot who are addicted in gambling because i was able to work in casino. There are times that the wife or the father of addicted gambler requested the casino to band their son or husband. Thats legal in casino where i worked before. They cannot get inside casino anymore. Being addicted to anything is really hard to change. Unless if you are willing to change and of course with the help of the family. Yes be determine to what you want in your life. If you are willing to change then do it. The only person who can help us is ourselves.

Then stop loving it. Gambling should not be love. It should be some sort of love-hate relationship. Gamble only to enjoy yourself while hating it because it would prevent you from getting addicted, then if you win love those winnings! It is not about love or hate but it is about our perspective on why we gamble . I know that feeling but having a description like that, that you will become a prisoner I think that's not right. I haven't feel that I was jailed by gambling but the feeling that I can't quit is the one that I felt. It's hard to give up gambling if you are stick with it and you don't really have plans of quitting.

I knew some people who are working at my office and they had a lot of troubles and issues regarding to gambling, it was more like a "sick" situation instead of an addiction.

Hi guys and girls! After making quite a lot of money then losing it and crying about it half the afternoon I have decided to give up gambling for good.  Its not for me in have a much too addictive personality. So now I just plan to work for casinos but not gamble.

The thing is you know you should cash out but you always want just that little bit more and then u lose the whole lot. I'm stupid and greedy. Right after I lost i put more in and doubled it then I went all in and lost it. So yes u can make a killing gambling with such a small about like a few dollars but then u lose all u make and waste a lot of time and energy and end up getting upset. Also i shake like mad when I gamble and I hate that. I tremble. When I lose I can't believe what the screen is telling me.

So any thoughts ? Ways to stop ? Ways to gamble with play money ? Maybe there are dust gambling casinoes I can use? U know just for fun and for the fix.

That was the wrong mindset from the start, you should have had a job and then gambled as a part time or as some say for leisure and entertainment because gambling isn't predictable and so when you bang all your hopes on it you can easily suffer if things don't turn out your way.

In order to give up gambling, first you should have a strong will to do it. You should have a strong determination. One of the help is to divert your focus to your family, indulge yourself to some physical activities like sports. Most of all strengthen your faith and become active in some religious activities that will develop more your core values and faith.

Well, most of the people who are involved in gambling do not want to quit it. They choose gambling with their own choice and it gives them happiness and satisfaction while play gambling.
