If it's indeed too hard to those gamblers better set limits or play with minimal amount than keeps on telling that you'll quit yet you always dissapoints yourself. If you find happiness on gambling and still thinks that your not those gambler who ruins their life ,who do illegal things for gambling sakes,then you can still continue as long as you enjoy and you still can manage your living.

I think it really up to the individual if he really want to change for good. We can go are farther as telling him the consequences of being an addict and he should be giving up his vices. However, if the individual doesn't want to quit then we can't do anything about it. While for others, we have wake up from the deep sleep of his addiction can immediately change it overnight. I see a lot of people do it and certainly we can do it as well.

Yeah, it is not easy to refuse and give up gambling. When we force ourselves to stop gambling, it will be very difficult because we are fighting against ourselves. So keep playing but reducing the amount of money every time we intend to play can help us to forget gambling step by step. Someday we will be bored with gambling and that's the right time to leave gambling.

It is a sign that you are addicted to gambling, when you want to stop but if you do not gamble, gambling is always in your mind. Whether it works or not, if you gamble every day, you limit the amount of money you use to gambling and shrink that number day by day. Either it will work or not, but I think it's worth a try.

Not easy but not impossible. As long as you have a strong intention to stop gambling and strong and unyielding efforts, you can definitely stop gambling. But stop gambling will not be done in a short time. And most people who fail in their attempt to stop gambling is because they stop trying half way. In other words, they have not failed, just stop fighting.

Once you are not determine for what you are doing and wanting to do then you will going to succeed to your plans like giving up gambling, it is not really easy but it is not impossible like what you have said, because I am also addicted in gambling before and now I am not that kind of person because I know to myself even if I play gambling it is just once and its enough as long as I've tried it, its enough for me. Not like before, when I started playing gambling I am not stopping until I am not winning. 

At a point we get busted than it could be a turning point of our life to realize that what we are doing with our hard earned money and this is not the way to earn for our expanses. I also changed my mind about gambling after had a very experience and now I also not active on gambling like before but doing it on the point of fun.

Yes it is not easy to give up the things or the hobbies that you are doing for a long time. If you want to give up on it then it takes time i think. If you want to give up you need to focus on other things to divert your thinking skills and the way on how you apply it in the real world.. gambling is very fun to play but if you want ti quit then it is up to you.

Determination is not the only requirement in order to quit gambling. It is just easy in words. This determination is like an instant spark that can die anytime. Addicts need a lot of help in reality. Of course any addiction is easy to get addicted to but but difficult to get rid of. Sometime it is not easy to change yourself. You also need some support to empower yourself to overcome all sort of difficulties.
