I think bitcoin cannot be a usable cryptocurrency, rather a store of value or investment. bitcoin transactions are expensive, the supply is limited, it will not replace fiat in everyday life. ETH or ripple might do that.
LOL.. you think that ETH or XRP will be able to do what BTC is unable to do? Without Bitcoin, these currencies will be worthless. I agree with you that Bitcoin transactions have become quite expensive now. But your second argument (limited supply) is just ridiculous. Limited supply increases the value of Bitcoin and makes it more attractive to everyone. As a money storage, investment etc, but not as a currency to buy groceries. Its like proposing we introduce gold as currency again. One of the the main causse for the great economic progress in the past decades is because money was printed (actually coded) out of nothing. |

I think everything can happen, now bitcoin looks perfect and leads the market share cryptocurrency, but it is possible that someday there will be better coins than bitcoin so that automatically bitcoin replaced.

I think nothing is impossible,maybe in the future bitcoin will be replaced with other currency,but not so easy because bitcoin is the pioneer of currency.
So Bitcoin will not be replaced with easily,but we never know whether later in the future the bitcoin will be replaced with another ? and I hope the bitcoin will never be replaced because Bitcoin is everything to me.

I think that's impossible.Bitcoin faced a very hard time to reach at this stage.And now bitcoin is no.1 crypto currency.There's no other altcoin that they will beat bitcoin and sit on no.1 position.
So bitcoin will never be replaced by another crypto currency

Look at Myspace before Facebook or Yahoo before Google. Nobody can predict anything, it was a big surprise for us that the fork was cancelled. But this is completely different scale. Bitcoin could have been replaced but the technology it brought is here to stay. I am not talking about next 3 years but more like 20. |

Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?
in my opinion no one can replace bitcoin, bitcoin is king kripto in terms of price no one can beat let alone replace very far at all to outperform bitcoin |

Since bitcoin is trusted, proven and guaranteed to give you real profit. |

Bitcoin can never be replaced by any cryptocurrency because bitcoin is first of its kind and considered as an ancestor of digital currency. How much advancement occurred in crypto world but bitcoin has a special place which can never be replaced.

As it is now the bitcoin will only keep on growing and will keep being the most valued cryptocurrency.
However, if someday, another cryptocurrency that is more evolved, more efficient, and basically better than the bitcoin will appear, it will replace him.
That being said, as long as the bitcoin keeps evolving, the chance of that happening is very unlikely.

In my guess probably not for still a decade to come. Well then again always expect the unexpected. There have been people speculating good, bad and worst scenarios for bitcoin. Some people enjoy calling bitcoin a scam and fake but most people are very hopeful. The dominance of BTC in cryptomarket in enormous and I guess it will stay the same for quite a while.
