Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?
I think it can be replaced someday but I don't think it would be easy knowing that bitcoin has already gained much respect from the people because of the things it has done. Maybe bitcoin will loose its popularity and power someday but the mark it has left to the history will surely remain no matter what. No on can predict what may happen in the future and maybe bitcoin will never ever be replaced and will be part of our living.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I don’t think so. As if you are telling that some currency can beat dollars. But some altcoin can beat bitcoin by on how they are used to. Some altcoins are better in some transactions because some transaction fees are not high unlike bitcoin.

Bitcoin will never be replaced. it is the first and biggest cryptocurrency that came to exist and it is the pioneer of this technology which everybody else is just copying from to create their own alternative coin (altcoin) and to those who are saying ethereum will replace bitcoin I have to say there have been a lot of ethereums before eth with a different name who claimed to be the "thing" and they even came close but they have all faded away in the history.

Other cryptocurrency are just depending on bitcoins price in the market. I don't think any of the altcoins will or can replace the spot of bitcoin.

I still don't believe that it can be replaced. No matter how much promising currency will rise. It will still remain just under bitcoin.

See at the moment bitcoin is one of the most secured and trending cryptocurrecy and even its price is growing day by day.... so there are very less chances of any another currency taking over it but u never know what could happen !!

However, at the moment there are very few crypto-currencies that dpat outperforms bitcoin prices, but although there are some crypto-currencies that are more expensive than bitcoins, nevertheless, the crypto currency is even less popular in bitco-appeal.
No its not possible that bitcoin will be replaced by other crypto because bitcoin is now very stable in market and it have a very big support bitcoin by it self replaced a lot of crypto from market its users are increasing day by day which give more energy to it and in coming time bitcoin will go more strong and high if bitcoin become legal around the world so there is no doubt that it can be an international currency and will end world poverty.

In my point of view, there is a possibility that bitcoin will be
replaced by another cryptocurrency. As we all know people/users
also the reasons why bitcoin become popular. And bitcoin become
in demand because of users who brought bitcoin into the world.
Thus, there is a big chance that this will be repalced by another
cryptocurrency since its being manipulated by people also.

You can think again, Does bitcoin replaced by another cryptocurrency. Maybe you already know the answer.  One main reason bitcoin is a mother of another cryptocurrency it's difficult to replace it for now . but nothing is impossible.
being a mother of all crypto i think its better to respect whats bitcoin status now
and what would be for tomorrow.and to be truth bitcoin wont be replaced to the extent
that become obsolete because if this thing can happen to bitcoin what about those coins
that will follow bitcoin.and then and then and then.until time comes all become obsolete

If Bitcoin would be introduced to the world several months ago along with several other cryptocurrencies that could be possible, but for 8 years of its existence Bitcoin proved to being always number one so now I can see no reasons for such a replacement.

I agree, the technology is developing and maybe someday something will be able to replace bitcoin, but at the moment there are no prospects for anyone

Bitcoin is getting exposed right now. Fees are too much and transaction times are too slow. It has all the mainstream hype behind it right now but really its a terrible currency. It will eventually be replaced and most likely it will be sooner than you think.

It will really be hard to say whether it will be replaced or not, time will tell but a lot of Alts have tried and failed maybe "the next big thing" can do the magic we are waiting. But in the real sense, Bitcoin has really come to stay and has maintain its position right up there and even other cryptos real value are determine in relation to the price of Bitcoin just like the USD in the FIAT world but who knows? The future is uncertain.

If bitcoin will continue with this decreasement, holders will certainly worry and start looking for another cryptocurrency, so yes it possible bitcoin will be replaced so soon, unless it will grow one more time and get back to its normal statue

This may also happens, however when we considering all currencies, bitcoin is the most stable and trustable currency. All other currencies are like sub coins of bitcoins. In other hand we need to consider that, 21,000,000 of bitcoin will come to market in future. After that happened rewarding fee to miners will stop. Then miners are depend only on transaction fees. Then transaction fees will increased. So after considering all this, we can't predict the future.
