I will also won't take the salary as bitcoins.
I also think that there are not many facilities that supports Bitcoins also when you will sell bitcoins via coinbase or other similar websites then you wont get 100% of the bitcoins which you have sold.

There is no problem with that because if you cannot spend your bitcoins online due to lack of businesses that accept bitcoin, you can easily cash out to fiat, problem solve. The only problem I see is when there is a major crisis during the release of your salary and will result to a very fast price fall back.

It's depend. If my salary received in US Dollar but can exchange it into bitcoin, maybe i want try to receive my salary into bitcoin. So, i can select my salary in USD or in BTC.

That would be a good idea. Where you can decide when do you want to get it in USD and in BTC.
With that, you could play your salary with the exchange and get more earnings.

i think i dont want to receive my salary in BTC olso my boss doesnt want to pay with Btc too why because bitcoin price is so changing in this term and i dont want to less salary because of bitcoin prise can be down when my salary time come i prefer to get my salary with dollars and if i want to get bitcoin for investment i can buy it with dollar when bitcoin price can be cheap .

You are right bitcoin must be treat as  secondary income because if you go fulltime with it  the risk of lossing is there since market price is too unstable to assure ourselves to be profitable in it. We trully cant predict future   but if you would  like to take the risk then proceed but you know  the circumstances might happen if it goes in opposite way.

Yes and you can afford to accept your salary in bitcoins only if you can manage them to spend them directly to buy anything that you want and if not, then its better to go with fiat.

That's not the reason why people would not take their salary in BTC but the only problem here is, they are scared of getting this thing dumped possibly as there will be many who will start getting paid in BTC if this gets implemented, and so sells will obviously take place instead of more buys...

They are afraid for the price will go down thats why they dont want to accept and receive salary in bitcoin. for me if they are giving more in bitcoin i will choose bitcoin and i want to relay in the present price so that i am not lose.. and i will exchange it fast into fiat if i feel that the price of bitcoin right now is not safe..

I would make an exemption on that, I will be willing to receive my salary in bitcoin if my current salary will be doubled, that is my condition but if I will just receive the same salary then there is no need to pay in bitcoin because I prefer fiat to be safe.

Well that risk will be always there while accepting salary in bitcoins and we may see price going down in coming years which can have negative effect on our monthly income.
