Lots of good news coming out for Stratis. It's getting kinda bullish in here...

Good news surrounding this project is no guarantee it will ever return to its ATH. Right now, it is under-performing compared to where it was this time before. This is concerning to me. The developers need to step up to the plate and start making things happen on a larger scale, and do more marketing.

They're probably saving their marketing bucks until everything is ready for prime time. I think if people who are holding Stratis were honest, it's likely most of them would tell you ROI is more important to them than the tech behind Stratis. When an investor puts his hard earned money into something, he has an expectation for a return on his investment. The people behind the project (who have profited from investors' money) have a moral responsibility to do their best to produce results leading to profits for both themselves and for the people who made it possible for them to have the capital needed to get their business going. That's just good business ethics—win/win relationship.

After all, where would Stratis be if people didn't invest in their token? I think you might be missing this crucial point.    

If a project is performing poorly, you can be sure something else will come along and take its place. It's only a matter of time. So you should care about the investors. Investors are the ones who provide fuel for the project to survive and to grow. If the investors lose confidence in the project, they will take their money elsewhere, and thus the money needed to make the project work will eventually dry up.

Here's the big question: Does Stratis token have utility? If not, then why was it created?

An if you were an original ICO investor than you have gotten a ton of ROI even with the price where it is today, let alone the the ATH. People in crypto are just too impatient. Quite great to see the team trying to get some "crypto influencers" (love ivan btw) to advertise stratis.  The marketing is a little bad IMO in its current state, but time will tell.  Focusing on the product is the most important thing to do right know.  When this crypto season is over, only those projects will live which have a working product.

True! And only those who don't go cheap on the marketing/advertising will survive. You can have a working product, but if you don't know how to market it, nothing substantial will come of it. If you don't know how to market your product, then it would be wise to hire people who specialize in marketing.

The people behind Stratis have a great idea, but they lack skill in marketing. This can be seen in how badly Stratis has fallen in value. Excitement needs to be brought back to this space. A seasoned marketer would know just how to do that.  

People who aren't willing to make sacrifices to grow their business don't deserve to be in business.      

Business owners understand how crucial it is for the survival of their business to advertise. Big companies didn't get where they are today merely by word of mouth. The people behind Stratis need to step up their game if they don't want to be surpassed by a competitor.

Based on Stratis historical price data relative to Bitcoin's current price, Stratis should be at least $4.00 (conservative estimation).

Rightly noticed, now many projects with a finished product cannot properly present it.Because of this, many simply leave the market without earning anything.

Please see my post above. The more people are exposed to crypto and it's reliability in terms of security, emissions and speed, the more likely they are to accept payment / send remitences in it. Once crypto cracks this market, it will take off mainstream beyond your wildest dreams.

The problem becomes basically an issue of the chicken and the egg. Some projects present themselves very well, raise large amounts of awareness and funding, then fail to deliver anything. On the other hand, others (like me), spend our time building the project first, testing it yet we could not market it to save our own lives.

I have lost a lot of money on this token. Things likely would have been different if the team behind Stratis put more emphasis on marketing. It appears this is one of many altcoins falling to the wayside. What a shame.

It will probably take years for me to break even—if it ever returns to the price I bought in at.

I have my doubts. The good thing, however, is I can claim it as a loss on my taxes (if I cash out at a loss). So there is some relief there. But I will wait it out to see what happens in the next bull run. If it doesn't recover in the next bull run, then I doubt it ever will recover. The next bull run will be the real test of strength for Stratis. What the developers behind this project need to do now more than ever is to place greater emphasis on marketing to rekindle the fire Stratis once had. They also need to be more active on social media to rebuild confidence in their project and revive their community. If they aren't willing to do these basic but essential things, then they deserve to fail.

Good marketing is the key of success it is the way to catch the attention of new investors and keep spreading the words. That is the fact this coin is not showing the result what the community is waiting for.
